A lady by the name of Katie charged a 75 dollar tip on my card for a 35 dollar hair cut! When I went back to this buissness they ignored me and acted like they did not know any English! Tina the Chinese lady pretended like she only knows chinesse! I asked for this lady hair dresser license and she stated in Spanish it was for Mexico only! This is illegal I will be reporting this to the Attorney General office! And I will be contacting the BBB! Tina the owner is rude!

They will tip themselves without your consent and then suddenly speak no English when you bring it up. It's baffling how bold they are. Taking legal action now but wanted to warn everybody looking to go here asap. They tipped $60 that I did not consent to.

I called two days in advance to book an appointment with a specific person and when i came on the scheduled time they said they made a mistake and over booked her so they said someone else would work with me and then i waited AN HOUR. I was walking out because that is just ridiculous and the owner followed me outside begging me to stay. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, will not be coming ever again.

I went with a friend on Friday (11/1/24) and didn't have a good experience. We were getting pedicure deluxe. My friends nail tech sped through hers and mine took a long time but we were rushed/kicked out when mine was done so my nails didn't get a chance to dry. My friend usually goes to this place so she was familiar with the prices and wha to expect. My friend was treating us and she said she was charged 5 dollars extra for paint for each of us that she had never been charged before and wasn't made aware this time. The owner gaslit my friend saying they always charged this was. All this to say it wasn't worth what my friend paid and we were disappointed.

THEY LIED on their advertisement! I booked online through their website (and got a confirmation email in return) where they advertise the cut for my length of hair at $25. They charged me $35. When I brought this to their attention, at first the cashier told me that that price is for men's haircuts. When I showed him on the website the photograph of a woman with my length of hair and the description of a lady's haircut for $25, the manager was called and she just kept repeating $35, $35 and gave some nonsense explanation and never apologized for having misleading information on the website. Very rude!

Really amazing eyebrow waxing technician (as soon as you walk into the eyebrow waxing studio, she is always on the left side). She does the best eyebrows in Albuquerque. Have gone here for years. Would recommend.

I'm very satisfied with my ombre eyebrows. I paid $300 plus free touch-up after 3 months. It has been close to 2 months since my touch-up & they still look fresh! Highly recommend this service to anyone looking for great service & reasonable pricing.

I have been going to Saigon for 20 years. The owner Thu is such a sweet heart. She takes pride in providing a nice atmosphere, quality work and great prices where else can you get eyelash extensions for 100$$? From my experience they don't jack up the prices she offers fair prices that will cover labor and the cost of materials. I can't find anything to complain about.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. The lady cutting my hair did an absolute terrible job. She cut un-even layers, and when I asked for about 1-2 inches off she took off about 5. I am never coming back again.

I went in to get my daughters nails done, and a lady came out from somewhere in the back mean mugging me and my daughter so I simply smiled, after smiling she approached me and my daughter and complement’s my daughters hair while she proceeded to touch it , (I didn’t say anything) after she goes on talking she makes a statement saying to my 4 year old daughter “ you’re so skinny are you on a diet) as I was looking in shook I replied with umm shes tall?.. cause her herself was SKINNY so How could you say such a thing to a child? I believe it had something to do with racism. I will not be returning.

I’ve been here 3X 1st time just kinda wrote it off like you gotta keep trying 2nd time they asked if I spoke Spanish (I do VERY little) so the girl that did my nails had loads of trouble communicating. So my nails did not look like I’d like them… Last time I just got a gel mani, I need them short I play guitar. I told her I want them short she kept them square… I asked her 3X to take off the square shape… she painted them anyway and I have square, lop sided nails.. so I’m going home to fix them.. 34 bucks.. will not go again…

This place is never consistent. The chairs are always broken and the front guy is always rude af. There can be workers sitting around and they will give you the newest worker. They are very selective on who works with and no matter how many years I’ve been going there. It is very disappointing, because I always try to give the benefit of the doubt! But I will never be going there again. Don’t waste your time or money!!
