I recently visited Saiint to get a brow lamination done and OMGGGGG, i went from no Brows to full Lucious looking Brows thanks to Taelor! She is the best in the biz. She has also given me Sugar waxes in the past when I’ve went in for Brazilians and she leaves me smooth as a baby’s bottom! She has such a friendly demeanor about her which makes you feel so comfortable while also maintaining professionalism. I HIGHLY recommend coming here for all of your beauty needs.

this place is AMAZING!!! i came here when i first moved to Columbus and they welcomed to lovely! Taelor is the one who does everything i need done and she is so sweet!! whenever i come in, everyone is so nice and i love it. this will be my forever place to go!!

From the time I walked in the door to the end of my appointment I felt pampered. From a smile when I walked in to a complimentary Bellini, I was blown away with their customer service. Taelor was very personable and did a great job with my rapid spray tan. I would 110% recommend this company!

I had a great experience! I usually get sugar waxing done in Nashville, so I was little nervous to try out a new place. I was immediately greeted and offered refreshments. Within a couple of minutes, I was taken back to one of the rooms and told to pick anything I wanted to watch on Netflix during my service. Justina was really nice and fast (makes a Brazilian a little more bearable). The interior and overall aesthetic is absolutely gorgeous. I'll definitely be back!

I love Bronzed Bunny! I have a membership because this place is the real deal. It’s a gorgeous place, decorated so cute and is very clean. The services are done professionally and well. Little details are what make Bronzed Bunny great - from being able to watch Netflix during services, to the complimentary bellinis! They go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and they can provide the best customer service to you as possible. The girls working there are so nice and friendly as well. I was planning on being a member just for the summer, but every experience there is so great that I will continue my membership!

I was greeted promptly by the lovely receptionist with a Bellini. The place is lovely with all sorts of great things to purchase and look at. My spray tan was applied wonderfully and looked amazing! Overall wonderful, fast and friendly service. I will definitely return!!

I went on Monday of this week for the body sculpt and just got sugared today. Absolutely LOVE THIS PLACE! The women make you feel so comfortable and everyone is so cool and nice. And they also do a phenomenal job at all the things. Stop thinking about it. Just go here.

Love getting my brows down at BB! I always get so many compliments. They pay close attention to the dye when I get them tinted, plus with the products they use to help with redness I have no problem going out in public right after! The new membership is awesome! Love love love the extra % off on the services and products. One more thing... they make it so easy to reschedule (which I do often because of work). I can just send a text when I don’t have time to call and they get me set up!

Pros: Customer service was good and they offered me a Bellini while I waited. The place is adorable, too! Cons: I was disappointed in my sugaring. Apparently my hair was not long enough (first timer, I had no clue) and she didn’t mention it until after she started. It was very painful and I left bleeding quite a bit and had pain through the next day. I ended up quitting partway through but paid for a Brazilian. They offered a touch-up but it was too painful for me to go back. Now 6ish weeks later and I’m still having problems with ingrowns. Advice if you’re a first timer - try easing in with a bikini line rather than Brazilian and let your hair grow for at least three weeks.

The atmosphere and decor is FUN and inviting. The customer service was fabulous. I enjoyed my experience and already have my second visit in the books! Glad they are in my neighborhood.

Very personable and knowledgeable staff. I’ve had experiences in the past with spray tanning and I have to say I was far more impressed with the educating of post tan do’s/dont’s. The staff made me feel comfortable before, during and post tan. I will definitely be going back for future tanning/skin care needs. Highly recommend Bronzed Bunny.

I love getting sugared and tanned at Bronzed Bunny! My eyebrows have never looked so good! Their retail products are really cool too, from quay sunglasses to dresses and fun jewelry! I bought the 'extend me' lotion and my tan lasted an extra week! The staff is super friendly and the added "treats" were a nice surprise!

I really had a poor experience here. I will preface the review by saying I came in as a service "model". This meant I received a procedure at a discount since other estheticians were in the room for training. I would read this review before considering responding to a brazilian sugaring model request. I cannot speak to their non-model services. I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment. They ran 30 minutes behind schedule. A woman at the front desk apologized and stated they were "behind with another client". Personally, I never saw another client leave the facility, but maybe I missed them. Finally, after a THIRTY MINUTE delay, my esthetician came to get my for my appointment. I was led back and told that 2 women would be training that day during the procedure. Fine, that's what I signed up for, no big deal. When they come back after I had changed, the esthetician doing the training begins my service. She is ripping SO fast, SO aggressively, and this is already the most painful sugaring experience I've had- and this is from the woman who is supposed to know what she is doing. I had to interrupt her, and ask her to slow down. She asked, "why?". I stated that my previous provider offered to go slower to ease the pain and it helped a lot. So, she finished up the bikini area, threw off her gloves and told the girls who were training, "Well, I tried to speed up since we are running behind, so go ahead and get started but I guess go slow since she asked for us to go slower." As if I was some sort of inconvenience, and I should for some reason be willing to let her rip hair out of me at an insanely fast rate because they were 30 minutes behind. So, the two new girls start the process while the training esthetician is watching Friends on Netflix. She is barely involved. I will say- the Instagram messaging led me to believe the training estheticians would only be watching the procedure, not participating. But, I was okay with that miscommunication. However, I was shocked that the trainer was not more engaged. She did not oversee or actively help unless one of the girls asked her a pointed question. So- two women new to sugaring (literally, it was their first day trying this) were ripping on BOTH sides of a very sensitive area, simultaneously. This is unheard of to me. I have never had a waxing procedure where you have constant pulling. It was SO painful and I have been waxing for years now. Although I am new to sugaring, my last sugaring experience was less painful than waxing. This procedure was NOT. At no time did the trainer i) thank me for my time ii) thank me for helping these girls train or iii) apologize for keeping me waiting for a half an hour. She left the room early and let the trainees finish up. On a separate note, I think her hair removal method is also flawed. For each pull, she would 'flick' twice, only adding to the discomfort. I feel that rips should be one smooth motion- not pulling halfway, stopping, and pulling the rest of the way. The woman who checked me out was also rude. I had to ask her 3 times what the total cost of the service would have been if I hadn't gotten a discount (so that I could tip appropriately) and our interaction I would also say was negative. To be fair, I suppose I also wasn't in the best mood. I don't know if their full priced services are better, and I knew that by doing a model call I was taking SOME risk, but this I think was above and beyond unprofessional. I am still a human being, with nerve endings, and you can't treat service 'models' like an inconvenience for feeling pain. This is already an uncomfortable procedure and the least you could do for someone who is volunteering to take some extra discomfort for the sake of training your estheticians is say "thank you", which did not happen. I will never go back to this establishment.

I’ve been to Bronzed Bunny a few times now for my spray tans and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They make it look so natural and I love that! I can’t wait to try more of the services that they offer. Also the retail items are pretty amazing!

Walked in and sat for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front, making them late for my scheduled appointment. NOT a good first impression.
