I suspect the massage therapist was new or not trained at all. She seemed very stand offish and not very well versed in her craft. She would moderately massage the same area for a LONG time going over the same spot over and over again. There was very little customer attention paid. I ended the massage early because I was so frustrated.... it was actually the opposite of relaxing. Then she begged for a tip, which is also annoying, but I gave her a small amount.

Hands down the worst massage I've ever had. After looking up reviews I decided to give this place a try since they were open late and I've had a terrible kink in my neck for 3 days. Upon arrival I had to use the restroom. The hand soap and hand sanitizer dispensers were both empty. So I used my own in my purse. Went into the room and got ready. I started face down and she came in and cover my hair and slide the massage chair under the table below the face hole so I became very overheated and could barely breathe for the first 5+ minutes. Then she pulled the chair out and took a seat to start on my shoulders that's when I realized why I could barely breathe. I had to tell her 3 times I didn't want my legs massaged and just wanted my back and neck worked on. I left in more pain and still have a kink in my neck. I would not recommend this place. After driving down Spring Mountain I seen several late night massage places open. I'd definitely recommend trying elsewhere!

My husband and I came to Sakura massage for the first time and it was amazing. I highly recommend. This place was very clean and the staff was very nice. The massage felt incredible. I will come again.

One of the best massages I've ever had. The woman applied the perfect amount of pressure and her techniques were as good or better than I've ever gotten. I didn't even tell her about a specific knot that I had, but she felt it out and worked it out nicely. The only reasons i don't give a 5 star review is because the table itself was uncomfortable for my head and neck, and at several points there was some loud machinery sound outside the buidling that rattled the room and disturbed the peace. Lastly it was about 10-15 min shorter than it should have been, but oh well.

Unprofessional place. They haggle you for tips at the end.. no music in the room. We had a couple’s massage done and seemed like the employees did not understand English well. When I said lighter, she went harder and she kept making comments in her language when I told her I did not want the oil on my face because my skin is sensitive. The male worked on me first and my partner had the female and we wanted to switch because my boyfriend wanted a deep tissue massage and it seemed like the employees were unhappy about the switch. They did not have proper draping technique. My “massage” felt like a pinch and just a rub.. felt worse after the massage than when I came in. Towards the end, she basically gave me a head scratch/rub.. She also started massaging the middle of my neck and it was difficult breathe and I told her, yet she kept on going. The beds were making squeaky noises every time they massaged us. There is no air circulation in the room… worse experience ever. Better to take your money elsewhere. Seemed like a shady place

I came in with a terrible headache and my boyfriend found this place for "head treatments". I'm pretty sure what to expect, I just need to get rid of the pain and any oils and lotions the masseur uses will help me a lot. I will definitely come back and highly recommend you get this additional service. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying all of their other services. The people I interacted with were very professional and friendly. I suggest you try it. The environment is very comfortable. It was a great experience

It was a special experience, my neck was sore, I walked in and the reception was very friendly, the masseurs gave me a special massage on my neck, I felt very good, the environment was very relaxing, I scored 100 for their service, it was the best customer service I have ever had.

So, I'll start by saying the first time I went here was a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing experience, the massage was great and great price for the basic massage, no pressure for add Ons or any uncomfortable interactions just a really good massage and a promise to come back, I went again the other day since being a heavily active construction worker on top of physical conditioning I get incredibly sore and wore out honestly the only thing I look forward to is a massage when I have time, I walked in got greeted and chose my massage a deep tissue, the women suggested a table shower with body scrub, I had no idea what it was so I agreed and asked " what that is exactly" she just said "it's a table shower good and I'll like it" I obviously could tell there was a bit of a language barrier but that's okay and I figured it would be like a table with jets and hot water with some kind of special body scrub stuff, I got to the room and get on the table for my massage the women comes in and starts off gently which is normal to start and get more into a deeper rhythm right, that never really happened, basically it was just a caressing massage and nothing more than my epidermis being tickled, I'm not sure if the women didn't know it was supposed to be deep tissue or if she didn't have the capability to do so, I really don't expect anyone to break their fingers on my back but not just glide their hands over my skin, after the massage I was told come to the table shower I got up covered myself with the sheet and put on the slippers they gave me followed the women to the room where she was warming the water, she then looked me dead in the eyes and said " okay take off underwear and lay face down" as she gestured to remove my underwear, let me say I am incredibly shy and anxiety was setting in, she pulled the sheet away from my waist and I just stood there covering my groin and shaking my head saying " hey I'm not doing this I want to back out, is there anything else other than this, because I'm incredibly shy and uncomfortable" I went back and forth with this women for a couple of minutes as she was trying to convince me to get undressed and on the table she then got the other lady and she asked what was wrong I explained that I didn't know what it was prior and that's why I was asking first and I just don't want to do this is there any other alternative suppositions in place of the table shower she said "no refunds no acceptations " I never asked for a refund, she kept telling me I'll like it and to cover myself with a hand towel that's no bigger than a 4 year olds sock then she brings me a slightly bigger one, I just shook my head and told them no I'll get dressed and go its fine, I covered myself with the sheet and started to walk back to the room when the second lady said I could get extra time for the massage I agreed and went back got on the bed and got a whole 10 minutes of a foot massage that was really uncomfortable due to the women asking every five seconds if I'm okay and literally just caressing my feet which I'm not a huge fan of my feet being touched anyways, afterwards I got dressed and headed to the front exit, both women were there and the one that gave me my massage handed me a water and I think was asking about a tip which I tipped a good 40% with the card prior, the other lady just stepped in and wished me a good day and I left feeling really awkward and kind of uncomeatable a bit taken advantage of in a way, I'm really not downing anyone or trying to get anything back due to the fact of me not knowing and being naive to what it was prior, but honestly just a really uncomfortable and awkward situation, due to me being shy and very introverted just having a massage is difficult enough as it is, just wanted to get this out there since I've never really left a poor review before this.

I got the 60 min deep tissue massage and came out relaxed. My girlfriend got the same massage and also fire cupping which she said was amazing.

Place was very unprofessional and HOT. No air. Didn’t allow only foot massages even though it was advertised. Very strange. Only said they do one hour massages but had other massages on their menu. Rude and locked the door on us while we waited on our Uber.

got a couples massage last night with my fiance. wouldve been a 5 star review and experience in general, but my masseuse was sick. I was perfectly fine walking in and halfway through the massage i started to get a stuffy nose. Then I flipped onto my back and I could smell the sickness coming from masseuses breath. I shouldve stopped my massage at that point, but I already paid. I woke up this morning with a slight cough and mucus stuffing up my nasal passages. Not impressed at all. Maybe they were desperate for masseuses so they asked her to work through her illness. I cant stand it. Never going back again.

Got a 60 minute couples deep tissue massage. Very good massage for the price and the staff is very attentive to your areas that need work. Would definitely recommend swinging by. They're also open 24/7

Honestly one of the best massages I've had, very hospitable and offer cold water before and after. We got the deep tissue massage as a couple. My masseuse was very thorough with actual deep tissue, it didn't feel rushed. I didn't get a warning with the hot stone so just be aware, it did feel really good. Included a nice foot stretch and gentle head/neck and arms massage. I enjoy deep, harder massages overall and it was ideal for me, so bear that in mind sensitive massage enjoyers. If you're really stiff, this place will really help you relax. Only thing I didn't like being pressured into writing a review, but otherwise staff was hospitable and kind. We all got a good laugh from the noises my partner made. I would 100% come back here, highly recommend.
