I came just for a back massage. The entire time i was asking for more pressure and didn’t get anything. After 30 minutes she said i was up and i asked for another 30 with more pressure and she said no. Then demanded a tip from me. Rude, unprofessional and unaccommodating. I gave her a five dollar tip because i know she would’ve thrown a fit if i didn’t. Go someplace else.

So, I went in a couple of weeks ago & I was apprehensive at first then I got comfortable & then the masseuse came in & started deep tissue & hot rock & all around feel good massage. & by the end of my hour session I TOTALLY felt WAY better than I did B4 I went in. && Price wise ... TOTALLY worth it ! I left a tip 1/3 of my bill. Btw , I don't know why the other massage place is there, they're probably losing $$$ ... Sakura reigns supreme.

Stay Away! Such a nasty person on the phone when I set up the massage time and in person. Not only did the therapist insist on payment up front ( ok fine) but she insisted on a $20 tip before I had my massage. I was in and out in less than a minute. Very unprofessional.

Been going weekly for about a month. Amy is my masseuse and she does a great job. Her fingers are like magic to the touch. Highly recommended.

I came in for an hour message,and was asked to shorten my massage to half-hour for another customer to come in. I came in as a customer,and I was treated as an inconvenience. Don't come here.

Okay I called the salon to check on prices and time availability the lady who answered could not speak English very well at all and did not understand what I was saying I repeated myself many times and still didn't get a proper answer I think what they need to do is have somebody on the phones that knows how to speak and understand English I'm not knocking the place there's service may be wonderful but in order to set up an appointment and go I need to speak to somebody who can understand what I'm saying I finally just had to hang up I had no choice. I may try to give them call again later on and hopefully get somebody that speaks English in order to make an appointment there service may be great but I can't give you that answer right now.

Massage was ok woth hot stones. It would have been a better experience if the lady wasn't sniffling all the time. I was worried that she will drip on me at one point.
