My sister and I both got pedicures and I got dip powder on my nails. The customer service was horrible and my nails were just ok. There aren't alot of quality nail salons in Salisbury, but I wouldn't recommend this one. In response to the reply from Salisbury Nails, if you don't do dip powder, I was lied to because that's what I requested and that's what I was told I was receiving. Another reason you should AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

I’m giving a 1 star for each service a total of 3 that I received. They did a good job on everything but, I must say I was disappointed walking into this establishment today and being served. A nasty attitude for no reason by the wife. She did such a good job on my nails I want to go back but, I won’t tolerate the attitude again.

When I entered the establishment it wasn't very welcoming or friendly. But as I was getting my nails done, Tammy & I began talking. It immediately lightened the mood. She did a great job & Mike did great on my pedicure as well. Definitely will be a repeat customer!

Been doing my nails here for almost a year now. She is simply amazing, super fast and your nails last at least 3 weeks!!

Horrible customer service. I requested an appointment and the gentleman there was very rude and incoherent. I was referred, but will make sure that I do everything in my power to persuade others not use their services!!!

Very bad service after I had my nails on had to ask to get them removed. The owner had a very bad attitude I wouldn’t recommend it and wouldn’t go back again.

This was my GO TO place until last week when I went for a nail repair and fill and my tech ripped my nail off!!! She was having a very bad day and to take it out on a loyal customer is awful!!!! Her husband is so humble and to have to put up with this behavior on a regular is so sad. His wife does good work but just as another customer said to me and I must agree, she is hateful. The pedicures are good but quite painful so if you are a diabetic…. Don’t got there! The older lady that does pedis is careless and cuts deep into my cuticles every time I go. It’s time for a fill but I’m not sure if I’m going back! The most expensive nail spot so the service, care and compassion should be much better.

Kim did my pedicure, she is the older lady in the establishment. I have never had a pedicure that I was 100 satisfied with until today!!!!!! She was very thorough and her massage was fantastic!!!! Tammy did my full set and I am a very picky person when it comes to my nails, and I'm very happy and will be going back!

I absolutely hate my nails. She was rude, impatient and cut my nails down too far, they were cut down to half the length I asked for. Huge mistake coming here.

Tammy and Michael are wonderful, they do a wonderful job on my nails and feet, I always let them pick my colors and they never disappoint, very clean in the establishment and are keeping up with covid protocol.

mike did a great job. the girl didn’t file right though, my acrylic is rough a the bottom, other than that it was okay.
