After 10 years of seeing my stylist every week, I desperately needed a haircut while she was out of town. I was referred to Rylee at salon 114 and have not looked back since. She does such an amazing job while accommodating my busy schedule to fit me in. Thank you, Rylee!!

Amanda has been coloring my hair for a few years now and it always comes out exactly how I picture. It’s been in the best shape since she’s started coloring it, too. She has the best personality to sit and talk too while getting your service done too, for an added bonus!

I went to Amanda for color and Rylee for cut for the first time as I am new to Charlotte. I was so nervous about switching hair dressers…but omg am I so happy I went to them! This is my new hair team❤️❤️❤️❤️ They truly bend over backwards to make sure they make their clients happy.

Rylee has been cutting my hair a few years now and is amazing at what she does. I am so happy she has opened up her own Salon Suite with Amanda who also does amazing work. The girls are friendly, professional and passionate about hair. They are both rays of sunshine and Never disappoint. I leave with a smile every time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
