I am very particular about my haircut, and I was never able to find the right person who could give me the look I wanted. But guess what? I finally found the one!

She took her time and the results if the cut and style was beautiful, exactly what I showed her in a picture. Zoe is an incredible stylist. I’ve been going to her for a few years and my husband also started going for his cuts. I like that she really understands different hair types. She’s also the only hair stylist I’ve ever shown a picture of a style I wanted and she did exactly that. My husband likes how after a couple times he could sit down and she knew exactly what he wanted without him explaining. I also like how the space is completely private.

I was really looking forward to meeting Zoe after seeing great reviews on Google. Unfortunately, my haircut was not as expected. The layers look very choppy, despite Zoe telling me she was making a nice transition between them. At first, it looked like a nice transition. But she continued cutting and cutting, and now it looks like there is no transition at all, the contrast between longer and shorter parts is too drastic. Initially, I thought it was okay and left a good tip for her. However, every time I look in the mirror, I can't help but notice how choppy my hair looks. Honestly, this is one of the worst haircuts I’ve gotten. It cost me $153, and now I have to look for someone to fix it and sacrifice the length of my hair. Maybe other clients will be more lucky, but I have no trust to this hair stylist. :(

I wish I had found Zoe sooner! I’ve lived in Chicago for many years and only trusted two stylists in my life - one in India and one in LA. I would literally make travel plans just so I could get a haircut that I love (and that didn’t terrify me.) And THEN, I met Zoe. My life changed. She is a true master of her craft. Zoe genuinely listens and cares about you. Super patient, thoughtful, kind, fun, and SO talented! Gave me layers that flow for days. Book her yesterday!

I first discovered Zoe by sheer luck when I needed an emergency rescue from a bad haircut at a different salon. Not only is she patient and a great listener but she's skilled with the scissors which is so important for my hair type (coarse, straight and slippery). I've been back a few times as I grow my hair back out and she does a fantastic job every time. So happy to have found her.

I love Zoe! She was very patient, understanding and thorough with her approach. Explained everything nicely as well! I have really long hair but Zoe managed to style them properly, I wouldn't go anywhere else for my haircut now. 100% recommend her!

I was visiting out of town and decided to get a haircut. After searching online and reading the rave reviews for Zoe, I decided to make an appointment. Zoe did not disappoint and was so sweet, funny, and easy to talk to! I love my haircut. Zoe listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want and was very detail oriented. I wish I could take her back home to cut my hair regularly! You won't regret booking with her!

Just got the BESTT haircut by Zoe. She spent a solid ten minutes asking me what I wanted and telling me what her thoughts were on keeping my length long while also getting rid of damaged ends. The whole cut, she also answered my questions about which products and techniques to use. The cut and layers she did for me are some of the best I’ve ever had and makes my hair feel so much healthier. If you’re reading this, THANKS ZOE! <3

Ms. Zoe is amazing!! Just call her--stop thinking about it. She asked me for my wants, needs, and inspiration for my new look. And then delivered, big time. She opened her schedule to make sure she could provide amazing results. She had gentle hands and a kinder heart. Her salon is centrally located and clean. Hijabi Muslim welcomed: your privacy will be respected.

The most meticulous haircut I’ve ever gotten! Randomly found Zoe on Google and she saved my hair from a terrible haircut elsewhere. She even got me in same day and called me back after seeing she had a missed call. 10/10 customer service and haircut.

The salon is located in the Nordstrom mall on the 3rd floor in the Phoenix salon suites. I had trouble finding it because it doesn’t say salon 1181 anywhere but was able to call to locate it. I arrived a little early and Zoe started my service right away. She knew exactly what I wanted without having to say much. She is very professional and friendly. She was not rushed and did a great job! I would come again. The salon itself is private and I was the only one in there so you don’t have to worry about much exposure and Zoe wears a mask. Thank you again for your service!

Zoe only deserves 5 stars. She gave me one of the best haircuts/blowouts of my life! I really struggle getting a haircut because my hair is really thick and really long. Most hairstylists give up, but she did an amazing job.

Zoe was absolutely amazing! She was able to fit me in before I was to move out of state. My hair turned out wonderful - great texture and shape for a medium-length men's haircut. If I was staying in Chicago, she would be my go-to person! I only wish I had discovered her sooner. I would highly recommend her.
