I've been seeing only Keri for the last 2-3 years. I used to live down the road, but soon moved 40mins away and still ignored other closer locations to see her. Keri is talented, professional and pays attention to my hair with the utmost care while also providing pleasant conversation. Now I live 3hrs away in another state and have gone back twice to see her since moving in March of this year. If you want a great haircut and/or are looking for a hairstylist to see regularly, I cannot recommend Keri enough!!!

I highly recommend Erica French. She knows her stuff and helped me figure out exactly what I want for color, cut and length for my skin tone and face shape. She uses amazing products, made my hair feel so incredibly healthy and silky smooth. Salon 12 is an adorable clean and comfortable space. I’ve found my go to spot with Erica French!

Erica fit me in last minute for a color correction right before a wedding. I was literally florescent orange. She melted away all stress and fears. I felt listen to, and she asked the perfect questions. Never once insinuating I was an idiot for doing a home dye job. Salon has a clean, wonderful atmosphere. I love the results.

Erica and her salon was fantastic! Not only was the salon decorated really beautifully but the time and attention she gave to me during my appointment was really amazing. I was making.a big change and Erica was very knowledgable, listened to what I wanted, and also helped guide me to make sure the style I ended up with matched what I wanted and was flattering as well. I don't have enough nice things to say about this salon or my experience. I would highly recommend :)

I had my first haircut at Salon Twelve with Erica French. I wear my hair pretty short and she did a lovely job. She listened to me and the cut is exactly how I like it. The best is that the salon is walking distance for me. Great to meet you, Erica!

It was a joy to have my hair done with Erica French. She was attentive and gave me good suggestions for my haircut and coloring. Considering Asian hair requires a particular experience to work with, Erica didn’t let me down. Definitely coming back when I need her service.

Erica French at Salon 12 is bomb, especially if you’re a curly like me! I have extremely curly hair and would not trust any other stylist with it! I always leave with an amazing, well-shaped (not boxy) cut and she’s made some amazing product recs for me. I’ve been using her for years and will continue to use her for years to come. I absolutely love this salon. Erica French is my hair stylist. She has cut, colored and styled my hair for years now. I’ve gone from dark to light, shorter to longer, balayage to gently highlighted. Erica’s attention to detail and knowledge of current trends will always keep me coming back. She’s a phenomenal artist! I won’t let anyone else near my hair. Sara Hannah does my nails, and she is incredible! Both of these ladies are meticulous and their prices are competitive and reasonable! Also Salon 12 is decorated beautifully! I highly recommend!
