I’ve been going to Salon 2020 for four years now. I started out with one stylist but due to unforeseen circumstances, she left the salon. Now Faith cuts and colors my hair, and she does a fantastic job. I have crazy curly hair and she gives me the best cuts ever. She really knows how to work the curls correctly so the curls are more manageable and easier to work with. She also colors my hair and I’m always pleased with the color shade she chooses, as well as highlights every few months. I would say Faith really listens, gives her recommendations and we talk about what will work with my hair. And I change my mind a lot, as my hair grows fast and I get it cut and colored every four weeks. I am always happy with my cut and color when leaving Salon 2020. I enjoy the atmosphere there as everyone is really friendly and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend any stylist at Salon 2020 but Faith is the best stylist for me. She’s very good, listens and has a cute personality! Get your hair styled there; you won’t be disappointed!

Thrilled I finally have a salon to call home and a fantastic stylist Faith She had a makeover to go on me. And I'm so excited seeing my new hair. Thanks Faith. You are very appreciated. See ya in 6 weeks.

I was looking for a hair salon nearby to go to regularly. I've been a do it yourself with my hair and desperately needed professional help! I used the online option for an appointment and thankfully got in quickly with faith. She is amazing and really listens to what you're asking for. I've found my forever hairstylist! I'm starting to love my hair again ,it looks so much better since faith started cutting and coloring it!

Jackie is a very skilled stylist and colorist. She is pleasant and courteous. The salon just got a makeover from a design standpoint. It looks beautiful! The location is very convenient in Middletown. There are several stylists available who will take on new clients.

Salon 20/20 makes you feel welcome and at home whether you are a walk-in or a long time patron. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The place has recently had a complete makeover inside. It looks amazing! Highly recommended!

So I walked in today on a whim!! I ate breakfast at Alley Cat and just looked over and saw the salon. I texted my wife and asked if she thought it was getting about haircut time. She said probably so. So I walked in… The receptionist was crazy levels of nice. As were even the ladies waiting in the lobby!! It was busy and business was booming but they made it happen and they fit me in after about a 3 minute wait. I feel horrible but I forgot the amazing woman’s name who cut my hair but man I’m pretty sure it was Faith! We chatted about life, board games, and the magic of being with a quality life partner. And to top it off, I think the hair cut she gave me today was one of the best I’ve ever had in 28 years of life! My wife thought so too!! I really recommend this place. The cost is very fair and completely just in regard to service received. I think I paid 30 bucks for a quality hair cut and a great conversation!

I am truly in love. I cannot remember my stylists name for the life of me but she was amazing. Treated me like a friend and not just another client. She gave me exactly what I wanted. I was a little hesitant because I have been growing my hair out for 4 almost 5 years now. The ends were damaged bad and now my hair feels great. She is worth ever penny plus some. I will be going back if I ever need to. Friendly relaxed enviroment, plus if you're feeling up to it you can have a glass of wine while getting serviced. 15/10 will recommend to literally everyone!

I made an appointment at Salon 2020 for 9:00 am when I arrived I was told they tried to call me . I looked at my phone they called at 8:52 am of course I was driving there . They wanted to let me know the stylist couldn’t find her keys . They also let me know they “were trying to help me out “ by letting me know she couldn’t get there . An 8 minute warning isn’t helping me out . I would never go to this salon again . I was going to try it as it had great reviews . After arriving and seeing they take walk ins and seeing the atmosphere it’s not the upscale salons I am used to so it was more than likely a blessing she “couldn’t find her keys “. However I listened to my messages and she left at 8:52 asking if I could come at 11:15 she should be able to locate her keys by then . LOL BEWARE!!!

Absolutely loved this salon! Everyone is genuinely welcoming and friendly. Personally, I saw Jackie & I couldn't say enough about her. She is very thorough & takes her time to make sure you get exactly what you ask for. It's rare that you walk into a new salon and instantly feel welcome. I would definitely recommend this salon. I followed my go to guy for an excellent haircut here from another place. Salon 20/20 is big and clean and they have enough chairs that your wait time isn’t long. Usually every time I go for my appt, they are ready. No late waiting stuff.
