I have been a client of salon 21 since I was in high school. I have also worked for salon 21 for almost 20 years. That alone says wonders about this place. The staff here is like family! And once you walk in the door, you're part of that family. The services range from all hair care needs. To all nail needs. Lots of skin care needs, and there is even a massage therapist! It's truly a one stop shop!

I moved to CS about 1 1/2 years ago and am pretty picky about who cuts my hair. Everyone I have encountered there is kind and helpful. I love working with Anna! She is thoughtful and listens to her clients. I find the Salon to be neat and clean, for me that is very important. Love the new shampoo bowls!! Great work everyone!!

I had a similar experience as Ali. Haircut and whole experience with Michael Page was disastrous on every level. He argued with and ignored my preferences then proceeded to give me a very bad, unbalanced haircut that I am still growing out so that it can be corrected. He is disagreeable and incompetent.

Impossible to talk to a human. Emails. Phone. Nothing works. And the website has ZERO description of the services. I’m sure the contractors are fine … but you gotta help out the customer a tiny bit. We want to give you money.

Best therapeutic massage I've ever experienced. Rafael is symmetrical, respectful, quiet, and excellent at time management and making the most of the time allocated for my massage. Highly recommend!

Great massage helped me with muscle tensions and neuropathy pain in my feet. Able to do deep massage but a moderate to firm touch when asked or indicated. Very kind and listens to your needs. I highly recommend Raphael.

Raphael massage therapist at the salon 21 worked on my foot to heal planter fastitis his knowledge, healing ability to relax you by being sensitive and nurturing brought my pain down from a 10 to a 1. Highly recommend his work in supporting the bodies ability to heal.

So after my salon switched ownership after a decade of going there, I decided to try a new salon. I am absolutely blown away by salon 21 and their nail services. Tiffany is absolutely amazing. She really listens and does exactly what you want. Their prices are the best in town and the quality is beyond what you could imagine. Do yourself a favor and book all the services here!

After some thought, and seeing that the individual who gave me the worst haircut of my life is still employed here, I've decided to repost my experience. I had a haircut with Michael and a brow tint with Tiffany on 10/26. The brow tint was great, but the haircut was a nightmare. Michael was completely inept and did not listen to what I wanted--he was completely unreceptive to feedback. At the time I thought that maybe I should ignore the red flags, given his experience, and that the end result would wow me. But I should have listened to my gut. The end result was crooked and uneven (see pic). I ended up having to pay 2x as much to have a more competent stylist fix the damage and parted with way more length than I wanted as a result. Salon 21's response to my complaint was less than ideal. They offered to have a different stylist fix it for free but did not offer me a refund. Even after I allowed them to inspect the cut and they agreed that it was horrible. I was considering booking another brow tint today, but was dismayed to see that Michael is still employed at this salon and still taking bookings for all types of cuts. That is enough to confirm for me that I'll never return to Salon 21. Beware this stylist if you still decide to book here. Edited after owner response: that’s fine. I understand it’s your policy. But after giving it some consideration I still think people should be warned about booking with this person. I spent $70 including tip plus another $90 to fix the terrible cut—and I still am upset because it’s going to take a year to grow out again. I’m glad he has happy clients but he seriously dropped the ball on me. The back of my hair was completely crooked, front was uneven, and layers were not blended whatsoever. I wanted a very simple trim and some face framing layers. I brought pictures, and explained what typically works for my hair texture and he completely ignored it. That’s simply not ok and prospective customers deserve to know what happened to me.

I love going to this salon. The people there are always so friendly and welcoming. It feels like a home away from home and I always have a laugh, often partaking in casual conversation with strangers who are there for their own service. They have great prices and I always feel like someone there is happy to see me. It’s unique in that way. Warm. I highly recommend anyone come by, whether it’s for a hair cut, style, a facial or a manicure and a pedicure—they’ve got it all!

I’ve gone to Tiffany for years for a spray tan. Everyone at the salon is always so friendly and welcoming. My tan has never been orange and is always even! 10/10 recommend Salon 21!

My boys and my husband see Anna. She is wonderful with all of them. Their hair is always done to their liking, and mom approved. She has done haircuts and highlights, and does a fantastic job. She is sensitive to the sensory issues of my oldest son, as well as to the temperament of my 6 year old (he’s 6, that should explain it). My husband is particular about his hair, and loves going to Anna. I highly recommend her! Calvin squeezed me in for a style one day when I dislocated my shoulder, and did a wonderful job. I was so grateful!

This is a great salon, centrally located, Tiffany gives a great facial, and Calvin is an amazing hair stylist, the rest of the staff is skilled and friendly.
