Cesspool of pink eye waiting to happen. I got my mother of the bride makeup professionally done. What a joke. No lipstick applied. Mascara is supposed to be applied with disposable applicator and not directly from the tube..as she did to me and maid of honor . My eyes itched all night.my eyes looked cakey. I took it off before I got home from the wedding. Totally unsanitary. She did not sanitize brushes during application.

Great salon! The owner is one of the best hairdressers I know! She’s done many services on me and her skills are fantastic! Highly recommend seeing Isabelle.

These people do not know how to cut hair. I’ve gone here multiple times since childhood, mainly because my dad goes to the coffee shop next door, and not once have they given me what I have asked for. They are ONLY capable of one style of cut (at least for men), and anything else is simply too much to ask. It’s baffling that I can go in with a picture, explaining exactly what I want, and end up with something completely different each time. How are you THAT BAD at cutting hair? Isn’t it your job????

This place was great! She knew exactly what I wanted and the highlights turned out great. They were better than any place I’ve gone before. The owner was super nice and was actually my stylist, Izzy. All the staff were super friendly when I walked in and we chatted through the whole process. The prices were reasonable for the services done. The salon was super clean as well. I will definitely keep coming here. I would give this more stars if I could.

Had a balayage done years ago. Wasn’t happy with first service, as it only went over outgrowth, went back a 2nd time, gave more $$, and the woman jacked it up. Was so patchy I had to wear a ponytail to hide it. Requested to speak with owner which wasn’t available. Had to reach out directly and she said offered me to come in to see what she could do and stated I could get some money back since I paid over $200 at this point. She fixed it but never gave any money back after the damage of being bleached 3x within a week and a half. Gave me a maybe $20 product that didn’t help and hair has not been the same since. Will not return again due to all the trouble I had to go through! Have not been back since due to this, would give 0 rating if I could!

I came to dakota for an urgent fix after it was cut bad and she fixed it better than i could’ve imagined! I can’t even tell it was messed up in the first place. She was super nice and talked to me about everything she was doing :)

If you are in Shawano, WI and want to pamper yourself, this is the place to go. Julie and her stylists are amazing-top notch! Everyone is friendly and conversational! NO harsh topics-just relaxing in the chair and clean atmosphere! 🤩 You are greeted like you've been there before! Give Salon 2140 your time; it's worth it!

Pretty good, had to get my hair done for my mom's wedding reception. Hair looked great, it took like a half hour to get in after our appointment time but ended up getting done earlier so it was a win win.

This is actually the 2nd time I've been here for a haircut, I really like it. They are super nice and quick! And they listen to what you're looking for style-wise. The first visit, I had my toddler's hair cut for the first time and it turned out so handsome.

Tarrah was very unprofessional and rude to me. When I didn't want to double process my hair at her suggestion yet again (nickels and dimes you) and only wanted my highlights toned again because they faded from her service from 2 weeks prior...she got mad at me and wouldn't talk to me the whole time I was there. When I tried to explain what I wanted ..she stopped me and said..I know what you want. I had just gotten my haircut from 2 weeks prior as well and she acted like I was jipping her out of money so she cut my hair again. It was not what I wanted..its what she wanted. Then after I tipped her 10.00 she proceeded to tell me to go to someone else since I'm not happy with what SHE wants to do to my hair. Unbelievable! She has issues..see someome else if you go to this salon. This whole experience should've been on a candid camera show..it was so awkward and bizarre!
