Darlene is so wonderful. Not only is she wonderful to talk to, but she made the long hair extension process easy and manageable. She set me up with a care kit and explicit instructions on how to take care of my extensions. She is easy to reach and communicates quickly when I’ve had questions about my hair. I have always dreamed of having long hair. After a bad experience with another stylist, I came to Darlene hoping for a miracle. Boy did she deliver! After a whole day dedicated to giving me incredible hair she showed me what a thorough consultation and real hair knowledge looks like! We had stubborn red violet to battle and her expertise shined through. I left a long haired brunette caramel queen. I am excited to continue working with her and maintaining these luscious locks. Darlene did such an amazing job on my hair. I have very fine/thin hair and with the extensions my hair looks so much fuller. Start to finish my experience with her was great. Darlene is the epitome of talent mixed with compassion and thorough understanding. Darlene has an exceptional talent of being able to mix art with precision chemistry. Her skills in hair extensions is absolutely outstanding and by far the most comfortable extensions I’ve ever worn and believe me I’ve had my share. In fact, Darlene took me from having multiple colors and damage so severe I didn’t even think I was going to be able to wear hair extensions again. Now I’m at a place where even if I wanted in my natural hair by itself, it would be beautiful from all of the care that she is taking into my hair. But she’s so great at extensions, I decide to keep them! And as far as hair color goes, you just show her what you have in mind and she’ll create something absolutely beautiful for you! I have never met a hairstylist who was taking the time so thoroughly to make sure that you were comfortable, that you love your hair and truly cares as much as she does. Darlene was recommended to me in a networking forum, following a terrible set of experiences I had with a stylist at a different salon. I came to Darlene with extremely damaged hair that had a mullet-esque look from the chemical burn left by the prior stylist. Darlene did not once make me feel like my damage was a burden, despite the fact that it almost certainly presented a significant element of challenge. I have now been a return client with Darlene several times for IBE extensions (individual Beaded extensions) and I am blown away by her dedication to both her work and her client. She is a lovely mix of personable and professional and brimming with thoughtfulness and talent. I would not only recommend her to anyone but would highly encourage anyone who has had difficulty with other stylists extensions/extensions methods to come see Darlene.

Darlene did such a wonderful job with my hair! She is very kind and welcoming. I felt fully confident in her ability and I could not be happier! I had some special events approaching and needed a big change. Darlene answered all my questions with ease and was so friendly throughout the whole appointment. Her salon is decorated nicely and is such a comfortable space as well! I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to get their hair done, especially those wanting a transformation! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! This was my first time getting extensions and from the moment I booked my consult Darlene had excellent communication. She has so much experience and education and a true passion and gift for what she does! From the pre-appt questionnaires, lunch (so sweet!) answering my endless questions about upkeep, and all of the full size products in the gift box that is included. I am so blessed that I found Darlene. I absolutely love my hair!

I love my hair extensions!!!! I have to admit I didn’t know what to expect as it was my first time and wasn’t sure how long hair would look on me. But after having a consultation with Darlene, I was excited to get them done. Boy oh boy, Darlene and I waited for the hair extensions to arrive on the day of my appointment, and she made sure it was done the day before I was taking my trip!! We stayed late until it was done and I’m so loving my hair, I couldn’t stop smiling, I will remember my first experience with Darlene forever. Her services are unique, personable, and she gives that personal attention that I’m not used to. I don’t think I will ever go to another hair salon. Omg.. where do I start?! I found Darlene on a post on a local SM group, and immediately went to her page and Instagram. I was blown away by the before and afters of IBE. After 3+ months or more of research, i finally booked the initial consultation with Darlene. She adjusted her schedule for mine to fit me in at an early appt on a Saturday morning. We talked about everything, not just extensions, as she made me feel so welcome and cared for. My hair has been a constant battle for years, with breakage, wrong coloring, heat damage, you name it, i was guilty of frying my hair 😱 the very next week i had my appt to get the extensions installed. When i say it was like walking into someone's home, you can feel her passion and pride of her accomplishments throughout the entore appt. She made sure I was comfortable at every step, constantly made sure I was doing well before, during, and after install. She also loves the same music as I did so we bonded over our love of a certain singer 💕 she has me as a forever client and I will be sure to share her talents with all I know! I just moved to the area and had to find a new person to do my hair! I found Darlene! Thank God! She gave me extensions which were fabulous, cost efficient and you also get products and items to go with it to make it perfect! My hair looked great and she knows exactly what to do to make it look that way! She also did my color and trim! Darlene takes her time to make sure everything is just right, goes over how to take care of my hair and is very educated and experienced. You wont regret it if you go to her! And you will go back!

I really enjoyed my first visit to Darlene and look forward to my next appointment. We came up with a strategy to help me grow my hair out long enough for extensions and I received a bit of pampering, too. Darlene does a great job of listening to what you want and takes her time. I’m used to being hustled in and out of a chair by stylists on the clock to see many clients per day, but I didn’t feel that way here. She also sends out a survey prior to your appointment asking what you want to get out of it (music, drink, mood, etc.) and that was awesome for setting the tone.

I was in town for a wedding and was in need of a blowout for my IBE extensions. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out, Darlene provided top-notch service! She has a wide selection of beverages on hand (I enjoyed a handcrafted apple cider mimosa - tis the season) and you get to pick everything from the type of music that she has playing to the essential oils in the hot towels that she uses. And then on top of that, she does fantastic hair! If I still lived in this area she would definitely be my go to stylist!
