I went in with long hair down past my ribs, asked for a trim and some layers, showed the stylist a picture for reference. Ended up having to walk out of there with hair up to my shoulders. Cut was so bad that I went straight to another salon to get it fixed. I really tried to be open-minded, thinking maybe it was such a long time since I'd had a trim that I was just surprised and maybe it really wasn't as short as it looked. But when the second salon stylist took a picture to show me what the back of my hair looked like, I have been perplexed ever since, wondering how such a big and blatant mistake could even happen. I'm trying to not be upset over a haircut, but I have been trying hard to grow it and take care of it and have spent the last few years with 3 kids at home pulling on it, getting it caught in toys, etc just to have all my hard work so terribly and unevenly cut off.

They use good equipment to mow through my thick hair and were nice and patient. I didn't know what I wanted upon arriving but the barber I worked with helped me make an informed decision and also gave me advice on hair care products that would best suit my needs. The Price was competitive as well. Definitely would recommend.

Ashley does a great job. I get the basic men's cut but she takes her time to make sure to give a better cut than the places I went before and doesn't rush to get the next person in her chair. I highly recommend Salon 304 for anyone looking for new salon.
