I was 8 months pregnant and stopped for coffee at the cafe nearby, and one of the workers here yelled at me for placing a coffee cup on her car for two seconds as I got myself situated in the parking lot. She also threatened to call a tow truck and remove our car when we tried to take a picture with the statue across the street. It was off-season and the parking lot was basically empty. I guess she had nothing better to do than be unnecessarily rude to strangers.

My daughter bought me for Mother's Day, a special treatment @ Salon 3200. My job was to show up and be pampered. I was a little nervous at first because my hair is wavy, course, thick and unruly. In the industry they say hair with "attitude". The Keratin treatment was amazing. I'm in my sixties, with cool white and grey streaks (natural), hair past my shoulders. After the treatment my hair was straight and silky. I don't have to do anything except comb it. I've never in my life had so many complements on my hairstyle. Every day at least 6 people. Thank you Everyone at SALON 3200. 😍🙏👍

Do not go here unless you enjoy doing business with people that lie, manipulate and have absolutely no morals or integrity. They totally lied to me repeatedly and refused to explain anything, after I was a patron for years. Simply incorrigible.

The salon is clean, beautiful and the stylists are amazing! my hair feels so much healthier every time I walk out! I love getting advice on how to keep up with it and everyone is so friendly! 10/10 would recommend!!

Kelly cuts and highlights my hair. She is fantastic! She really listens to what I want (low maintenance hair) and I have never been happier. The entire staff are very friendly.

Worst hair experience I have ever had. 5 different people did my hair and the color is not what I wanted at all. I wanted to cry when I saw my hair and I left with the exact color I did not want. They pride themselves on being able to complete 30 people in one day but that does not mean they are providing a quality job. It was extremely expensive and we left very unhappy and unsatisfied. The owner booked a 30 minute appointment for my daughters hair styling for a trial for wedding hair and charged $75. Her appointment was 1130 and the owner had another appointment at 12. After curling her hair that leaves her around 10 ish minutes to style the hair and her hair looked exactly like someone who spent 10 minutes on her hair (but it was still $75). We just booked another hair trial for a wedding at a different salon who we know does a great job that booked a 75 minute appointment for $65. I wanted to write this review because I don’t want this to happen to anyone else because it was such a horrible experience.

I wish I could give this salon ZERO stars because they are terrible. I made an appointment MONTHS in advance the OWNER for my WEDDING PARTY. The owner must not have any idea hat days her buisness operates because she scheduled me for a day they were closed. They wanted me to come in the Friday before my wedding (my wedding was on monday) for a mock hair styling and at first told me it would cost nothing. When I called the day before they had me scheduled for a color! Thank GOD I called. They then proceeded to tell me the mock atulee would cost $150. Uhm no. Not only would they of screwed me over but my hair would of been a different color and I wouldn't of been able to pay for it. So the day of my mock styling I get a call stating they're not open Monday's (the day of my wedding). I ables ked who I spoke to and they said the owner! Then told me their sorry and didn't know what to do. So three days before my wedding i had to call different salons and pray they would take us. And Salon Vivace was able to take us and did an amazing job for half the price. I would not recommend this unprofessional salon to ANYBODY!
