Ali did a phenomenal job with my cut and color! Nailed the inspiration photo I took in! Color was exactly what I asked for. Salon is always clean and decorated soooo cute!

I don't know what happened . i went in with mostly blond hair from previous highlights went for a dark violet brown/ plum an my hair is like 3 different colors. I don't know if it cause of the highlight or what but i got dark brown violet in front. Some of my back hair is a dark redish brown an some area it look pink. i can see my old highlights as lighter brown. But not happy with it.

I never leave reviews, but cannot believe this happened to me! I made my appointment and received the confirmation text, but when I showed up the lights were off and no one was there! This was my first time here. I called Ali’s number and left 2 voicemails, but never got a response back. Cannot believe she is still in business when she stands people up like this after reading some of the other reviews. I am not a hard person to please, but this is just downright disrespectful! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

I will never go back! I went to get my highlights redone mid March. I should have knew something was wrong when it only took her 1 1/2 hour for my highlight (I've never had it take less than 3 hours!) 12 days later my highlights were orange! I texted her and she promptly scheduled me for a touch up the following Tuesday. I got 2 reminder texts from her scheduling system of the date and time. I drove 30 min to the appointment and the salon was closed. I waited an additional 30 min and she never showed. It's now a month later and she NEVER replied. So, I had to pay someone else even more to do a color correction. Waste of time and money.

Absolutely amazing environment, very inviting and comfortable. She made me feel like we had been friends for years and I had been a long time client on a first time visit. Super impressed with the cut and highlights I got, I'd say this is my new salon!

Called for perm and haircut. Was told the cost would be $65. Cost was $100 (with cut) and I foolishly gave a $20 tip After I washed my hair, I saw that my bangs had no curl at all. Was going to just deal with it but decided to call. Left a message and no return call. Not happy.

I decided I needed a hair cut from a place other than a chop shop. I made an appointment and had my hair cut by Salem. I'm at the point in my life where same day appointments, that I can cram into my busy day, is what has worked for me. But sometimes...you want to feel pretty. My mid 30s self was really feeling down about my looks and everything that comes with a mid 30s self. Salem was amazing. She really took her time and even styled my hair, offering to teach me how to do it...and looks are not what's important in life, but at the time I needed, I wanted to feel pretty. Salem made me feel beautiful. I will absolutely be taking the time to come here from now on for my haircuts!

I loved the cut that I received from Ali, but since March, I have had 5 appts there and Ali has cancelled all of them except the one when I got my cut and highlight from her at Salon 360 on Thompson Rd & McFarland in Carson Sq. So if you are a new customer or someone that would like to keep your appts with a stylist, I would look for somewhere else to go. There really is not a real notification of the cancellation either, like today it was just 1/2 hr before I was to be there. She does not call you back to reschedule you either, you have to do that yourself. Any where else I have been they call to reschedule you if they cancel on you. I will find someone else to go to, since apparently she does not want my business at Salon 360, so I don’t know if she will want yours either.

I went to Ali for her expertise to help me transition from my colored brown hair to gray. She listened to what I wanted, and we talked about different ways to transition. She did a beautiful job! I love my hair, and my husband loves it too! I highly recommend Ali!

Ali is a complete color genius. Her creativity and skills are absolutely unmatched. It's also important to note that she is incredibly versatile, which you will notice when you look at pics of her work. She does not do the same type of cuts and colors on every person- instead it's personalized to what YOU want and need. She takes time to listen to your concerns and desires, and she will be honest about what is realistic and what it will take to get the outcome you want. Lastly, I LOVE the vibe of her salon in general. She has put SO much work into it over the past year, from top to bottom, and she's still going. Ali not only is a personable welcoming person, but an expert in her field. I drive 45 minutes from Carmel to her for my hair every 6-8 weeks, and won’t go anywhere else. Her prices reflect her knowledge and experience in the field, and her truthful and realistic approach to questions and requests I appreciate so that I achieve the best results for my hair. I highly recommend Salon 360 for your hair care.

Color was ok, but worst haircut of my life!! I went in with over 2 feet of hair and wanted it cut to shoulder length, I came out with the back of my hair cut to 2 inches. Don't let them touch your hair!! Response to owner- November 13th by Ali, who said she's now the owner. You people are a joke!! Don't go here!! BTW...They posted my before and after on Facebook and when I commented, since it wasn't positive, I was blocked and my review was deleted. Nice way to keep reviews positive, but not realistic!! 3rd response to Ali- you knew I was unhappy because I made you take down my before and after pictures in Facebook. Maybe there's something else going on with you, but you good and darn well knew I was unhappy. I'm just glad that you can't remove this review like you did from Facebook.

I made an appointment and I showed up no one was there so I called the stylist and she rescheduled me for the day after and I showed up for the rescheduled appointment and again no one was there, No one was answering phones this time either.

My hair was a complete mess from the last girl who colored it at a different salon. Ali completely fixed it and made it look great again. I'm so thankful to be going there now! Loved the trim and how she styled it too.

Scheduled an appointment 2 days prior (both business days). The appointment was confirmed and I received 2 confirmation texts stating it was confirmed with the time, date, and time. I got there early on the day of the appointment since I had never been there, and there was no one in the complex or salon. I then called the number listed for Ali. I got the voicemail. I did not receive a phone call to cancel or inform me of her being late. Waited for another 15 minutes post-scheduled time and still did not get a call back. NOT a very good first impression.
