11/10 amazing experience with Michelle. I've never felt more comfortable getting my hair cut. Long story short, I screwed up my bangs, and she 100% fixed them for me, and I'm in love! She is so knowledgeable and offers so many services as well!

I got a couples pedicure with my wife. Michelle did an amazing job. Made me comfortable getting this done. Her salon is very quaint. You don't feel like you are in a factory. It is quiet and comforting. My wife enjoyed it so much she is going back next week for a hair cut.

Michelle is the most AMAZING stylist!!! I’ve been looking for one that can work with my Japanese hair and she did a phenomenal job with the color and cut! Not to mention her salon is the epitome of a spa experience 🙏🏻🙏🏻 hands down the best!

Walked in for a haircut with a vague idea in mind, and Michelle executed it flawlessly. It looks so great! She really knows what she's doing to make the haircut look good on you. I'm super happy with it and can't wait to show it off!

I cannot recommend this salon enough!! I am new to the area, and something I dread is having to establish myself all over again for everything I need… in particular, my eyebrows. My eyebrows are like… were uncertainties about the paternity of one, okay. They’re from two different worlds. Anywho, it happens so often (almost always) that I end up with one caterpillar brow and one thin brow. Well, the thin brow can’t get thicker, so really what I need is for me thick one to be shaped to match the other. Anywho, the salon owner is incredible, she took such care to make the two match, and checked with me every step of the way to make sure whether I wanted her to stop, or keep going…. Vs waxing an eyebrow off, at which point it would be too little, too late. They turned out AMAZING. Absolutely stunning. Genuinely the best brow wax I have ever had, and I will never go anywhere else but 423 salon ever again. Seriously, the amount of relief I feel to have found someone who is in tune with my vision… or, you know, basic facial aesthetics!! This is a go to spot for all your waxing needs!! She did such a good job with the waxing that I decided to go back for a pedicure the next day. Pleased to report, it was also the best pedicure of my life. She really takes her time and does a beautiful job. Oh, and get this, she’s like… certified? Certified in reflexology!! I had never had a massage from a reflexologist before, but WOW, what an incredible experience. I mean so incredible that I can’t believe that was just included with my appointment!! Even if the nails didn’t turn out great (which they did) I’d still go back just for that massage!! All and all, I can’t speak highly enough about the salon, or the owner. The salon offers a lot of services which typically I’d be concerned in the sense that… a jack of all trades, but a master of none, kind of a vibe. Well, not here. I would trust her to do absolutely any service on me without hesitation. It says a lot about her passion and dedication that she literally went and learned reflexology just to improve one of the many services she offers. With the brows, she literally pulled out a tape measure just to be extra precise… she’s so diligent in her work, and she genuinely cares that you’re happy. Also, huge bonus that she is just the most friendly and kind person ever. She’s so wonderful to be around and engage with!! I’ve always left with a smile on my face. Could not ask for a better experience, or a better result!! This is an absolutely top tier salon and I feel absolutely no need to look any further. Stop by 423 salon, you will not be disappointed!!

My son and I get our haircut here and it's always a great experience. Michelle does a great job and is a very skilled stylist. It's never difficult to schedule an appointment like it has been with other places. I would highly recommend Michelle if you're looking for a forever stylist/barber.

I just moved to the downtown area and I was looking for a new salon. Michelle was so accommodating- she got me in same-day and did an absolutely beautiful job on both my manicure and my pedicure. She spent the time to make sure everything was perfect. I plan to come back for a haircut when the time comes!

I have been seeing Michelle for salon services for six years. She is warm and professional. Her salon is wonderfully inviting and a perfect getaway for a mother/daughter mani/pedi or a personalized service for yourself. I highly recommend her!

Michelle is amazing!! I got eyelash extensions from her and she made them look EXACTLY the way I wanted them to— natural but long. They stayed on for a long time and she gave me tips and taught me how to take care of them since it was my first time getting them done. I highly recommend her for any salon services! Definitely give her a try!

One stop shop! Michelle is wonderful and so adept at making my thin hair look thick and healthy. She has the best advice for all things Hair. She also gives mani pedis facials and lash extensions which I will try soon. I’m sooo glad I found her!!
