Not sure what happened, but my appointment was cancelled twice with no explanation. Is this place out of business? I certainly will not be going back. This is not the way to do business in a fragile retail environment.

I had a wonderful haircut with Max, I loved how he took time on my bangs and my hair was so soft and bouncy after styling! Will definitely come back when it's time for a trim again

I have been Anabelle’s client for over 15 years , I love how she does an excellent job at making sure my visit is a happy experience. She goes above and beyond to give me the best quality of service and listens to my hair needs , I always walk away with a good feeling an a smile on my face , feeling younger and sexier :) … I usually go for highlights and deep conditioning, the products they use are great quality and they leave my hair smelling great for days … Anabelle is simply the best !!!

Worst haircut I have ever received. The cut is not even. After the first snip, I complained to the cutter (she said she’s a good cutter) the cut might be too short - she ignored me and kept on cutting. My hair was very long because I did not get a haircut since covid-19 shutdown. I asked for a lot of volume. After she cut it shorter than what I asked for, she said she could not produce volume because my hair was too short! She said come back in 3-4 months so she can continue work on it. Have sad short hair for the next 2 months feels worse than the ~$80 I spent on it.

I made an appointment at this salon ahead of time. I came on time on the day of my appointment and was informed that the stylist didn’t come to work. I didn’t get any text or update about my appointment. However, one of the stylist, maybe the manager too, apologized about the whole thing. She asked me if I’m willing to come back in the afternoon for she has a spot open, which is 5:15pm. I agreed to it and was happy to give it another try. I came back at 5:10pm and took Uber so I will not be late on the same day.The stylist approached me and said I’m early. I reminded her that my appointment is 5:15pm. That’s when she said she’s still with another client and might attend to me after 20 to 30 min. So I said just cancel it. I understand that sometimes things happen, but it would be nice to inform the clients through text or email.

I meant to post this review a while back. I was looking for a manipedi near my house and this place popped up. They were able to take me in same day appointment. I was definitely happy with the service I got. Place is nice and clean and equipped with a good massager, an actual foot spa machine and they even have big screen TVs to help you relax. My manicurist was amazing as well. I'm truly happy with how my nails turned out. Also, the price is average I believe. I paid for $50 downtown for subpar service with no big amenities. I also met the owner who was super nice and friendly. I was trying to come back here for another manipedi but MUNI delays made me pick another place downtown which was horrible as she injured my toe and got it all bloody. :-( I will definitely come back here again next time I need a mani pedi.

Max is the best colorist in the City. I followed Max from Alameda, it’s worth the drive. My whole life people said I couldn’t be a blonde and Max has rocked it. So happy!

Great manicure and pedicures here! I never feel rushed and the polish seems to last much longer than other places I have been.. maybe because they let each coat dry? Either way I always leave happy!

I tried to color my hair myself and of course did a terrible job. It was brassy and uneven.. I went in for a color correction and highlights. I'm very pleased with the results.

Just walking by and stopped in for a desperately needed bang trim ($10) at the end of the day on a Monday. Proprietor, Maxwell, was super friendly and for no extra charge gave me a little touch-up all-over trim. It's a nice looking place, and despite my general scruffiness that day, I never felt anything but welcome. Maxwell gave me some great sounding recommendations for cocktails / dinner when I asked, since I was from out of town. I'd go back to him for fit & color in a heartbeat.

Went there for my 18 year old daughter. She had bleached and dyed it. Max totally fixed her hair. He did a wonderful job. Is a super nice guy and made her feel comfortable. You need a color, cut or style go see Max at Salon 815.

Use to tan there. Staff is very friendly. I would go there for other services. I stopped tanning there since it's not very good for you

I went to Nail & Hair Cabaret based on Google recommendations. My current stylist is out of commission for a while so I needed to get my locks cut... starting with Google, I found Nail & Hair Cabaret to be close to my Sister house and based on the reviews, seemed like a great choice.

I love this place. The woman really took care of me and massaged me, cleansed me, filed me, did everything possible in a nail salon to me. My mani-pedi lasted for more than a week too!
