I have been going to Salon 918 for about 6 months now. I am so glad I was told about this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I had my appointment with Baylee and she made me feel very comfortable, as I always get very nervous with a new beautician. Baylee did an amazing job, I left there with a hair color I would've never thought I would try. I love it and have not went back to my old color. Baylee, you are the BEST!!!! Thank you

stylists were very nice, but claimed to know how to do curly hair which they clearly did not. i specifically said i wanted to keep my length but somehow left two inches shorter, frizzy, and damaged! my hair looked better before i walked in to salon 918. the stylist was also very rough, i felt like half my hair was pulled out, and she also had pointy acrylics which continuously scraped and scratched my scalp as they were washing.

My daughter, my husband and I all had an appointment here. They reassigned my husband and I to the new girl(who was very sweet). She cut the literal hair from behind my ear with my “face framing tapers” for some reason and now I have this short chunk from BEHIND MY EAR that hangs down and is chopped off. She then left this huge tuft of hair on my husbands right ear, like a long uncut tuft. I wanted a little trim and I get she was trying not to over it but I had to go out and buy scissors and do it my self because she did nothing. Now I have straight across self trimmed hair. So beyond frustrating. She was at least sweet which is more than I can say for the girl Hannah bell that did my daughter’s hair. My daughter was rushed back after Hannahbell took her sweet time with the girl before us (taking her outside to stage instagram pictures an hr into our appointment) and looked annoyed at doing my daughters hair and was rude (she’s the one we even had the appointment with to begin with before she pawned us off to the new girl). she brought my daughter up about 30 seconds later with a HUGE CHUNK out of her bangs and proceeded to try to rush us to pay. I said “can you please fix her bangs that looks terrible) she rushed her back very annoyed and tried evening them out. She kind of made it better… but then after telling me it was $25 each they charged us $33 each. After paying and tipping 20% they were seemingly annoyed with that tip and didn’t even say a word -not “ bye” nothing. When I said thank you they literally just didn’t respond so I walked out. I thought I was going to drop $75 on passable haircuts… nope $126 dollars later and the worst haircuts of our lives -allll threee of us. the girl didn’t even trim mine she just cut chunks from underneath so now I cant wear my hair up. You know that frustrating feeling in your gut when you pay for a service that made it worse rather than better… yea it’s been weeks and I still have that feeling. I hate it. Better off at great clips unless you are dropping 2,000 on extensions

Had an amazing service I deal with autism and they were so gentle with me. I had a lady named Jenn And she did such a beautiful job. I’m honestly obsessed with this look i got color style and trim I also got my eyebrows done as well and she did Exactly what I wanted on them as well as my hair go here if u want amazing care also such a fun stylish shop Angie did beautiful designing it such amazing beautiful energy through out 🥰🥰

I visited for the first time a couple days ago, and had a great experience. Camylle did a great job! She colored, cut and styled my hair, and I left loving my new hair. I loved the atmosphere and everyone was friendly. I will definitely visit again.

You will not be disappointed with Hanna!! My daughters and I have been coming to her for years, and we have never left disappointed. She keeps up with all of the latest trends and products, and always has our hair looking great, no matter the color or cut. Do yourself a favor and go see her!

Highly recommend Ryiah. She was the sweetest with my two young daughters. She was happy to ask what they wanted, did a quick double check with me and then delivered a quick and easy haircut for each of them. The salon was clean and the staff was kind.

Wonderful experience with Jen! I asked for a good, strong cut with layers/face framing and I’m very happy with my results! I had hair almost to my hips after foregoing salon visits due to hair trauma and she listened to my concerns and what my goals were. Jen made sure on multiple occasions that she was clear on what I wanted and my comfort level since we were cutting so much hair! I left her chair with hair that’s healthy and has shine/bounce to it!

I have only had nightmare experiences at hair salons, until today. In the past I had my hair melt off with bleach, gotten choppy layers and horribly uneven hair. Today, I walked out of the salon loving my hair and feeling confident. Shelby was such an angel, she did such a beautiful job on my hair, I absolutely adored being her client. This is quite literally the only time I have had a good experience at a hair salon and the only time I had been happy with the end result. Shelby, if you see this, you are such a queen. Thank you for making my day and allowing me to have such a great experience and changing my view on hair salons. I know this seems silly, but after time and time again of leaving other salons in the past, feeling so dissatisfied and disappointed, having this wonderful experience meant everything; I wish I could articulate my gratitude better, but my level of gratitude and how I am feeling is beyond words.

First time visit with Angie who was awesome. Not only her personality but my cut was perfect. Highly recommend 918 Salon and will definitely return. Everyone was friendly and professional. Second visit I love love my haircut and so enjoy the wonderful personality of Angie. She makes sure to please the customer and make it fun.

I’ve been coming to this salon for 10 years. I specifically see Andrea but the whole staff is always accommodating. I’d high recommend if you are looking for quality cuts, styles, and color. They stay up to date on trends and techniques, as a blonde, I’m always appreciative of this! This salon is also great if you are looking for a quick shampoo, condition, and style for an event!

The stylist was not very polite and made the customer feel uncomfortable. When there was a miscommunication she would not fix the style for the customer and wanted to charge us twice. Left unhappy with a hairstyle we did not ask for. She simply did not do what was asked with the pictures we showed her.

10/10 this place is great. I had an appointment with Greta she was so incredibly friendly and did a great job with my hair. I have very heavy hair that’s somewhere between wavy and curly. She knows what she’s doing. It lays beautifully. Left here feeling great!

Cassidy did a great job on my hair. It was too long and I wanted to try a new stylist. This was my first appointment with her and at this salon. I am very happy with my new style she did a wonderful job with my hair. I had her cut off over 6 inches and add some long layers to give my hair some volume. I definitely recommend Cassidy she took her time made sure she understood exactly what I wanted and made sure I was happy before I left the chair. I'll be returning for future cuts and colors.

I was very pleased with the service and cut I received from Rilee. I’ve been to many places trying to find the right one for me since moving here from Louisiana and this was my best experience and my hair was cut evenly on both sides and the layers stacked beautifully in the back.
