I travel 2 hours to get my hair done at Salon AMarie. I am fortunate to have Jasmine as my hair stylist, and she does me right every time. I have medical challenges that have impacted my hair growth. She make me look good. I walk out with a smile. The Salon maintains a professional, respectful and clean environment. The background music is background and on point. I highly recommend.

Love love love this salon! I’ve never let anyone touch my hair since moving to Philly in 2022. When i first came to them, i had just cut my hair into a bob due to severe damage from a previous stylist in New York and had no confidence in my hair nor did i know how to do my own hair. They’ve not only educated me on my hair type and how to take care of it at home, what products to use but nursed my hair back to health and I’m almost at bra strap length now! It was barely at my shoulders when i first met them and severely damaged. I get a silk press mostly but because they take care of my hair so much, when wear my curls they are juicy!!!! Jas is my girl but literally ANY stylist there you are in good hands. They train and hire the best of the best. I’d honestly trust any of them with my hair. I got a sew in by them and it was so good people thought it was my real hair. Not only that, the environment of the salon is everything as well. I really love them. I look forward to seeing them. they also do every single style and service you can think of and are the most affordable, high quality, educated staff salon out there. I’d book with them before there are no spots bc if not I’ll take them ;)

This is the only place in the city I trust with my hair! Aundrea has nurtured my hair and scalp, and brought back so much vitality back to my curls. She cares for my hair so well, that even after a winter full of silk presses, my curls spring back to life every Summer! Everyone who works there is professional and talented, and the salon is one of the incredibly clean and well maintained. It really is the best of the best!

Truly a relaxing and fun environment. I love coming in to get my locs done by Keisha! Tayri does a great job with washing my locs and makes sure I’m comfortable. Keisha and I always seem to read each other’s minds when it comes to styling my locs and I really appreciate the care and attention to detail she possesses while doing my hair. Everyone is so friendly and inviting, I’ve found my forever salon as long as I’m in Philadelphia.

I have followed Aundrea for years ! She and her staff have always been personal and professional. I love the fact that Aundrea treats her customers "individually." She takes the time to explain the services being rendered and gives me advice and suggestions when asked. At times, I will get much needed advice even when I do not ask ....I appreciate that. The shop is welcoming as are her staff!!!

I love this salon! Before I say why, let me tell you right off the bat what this salon is not. It’s not crowded, it’s not loud, it’s never overbooked, it’s not pretentious, it’s not ghetto, and they don’t make you wait forever to be seen. Now for what this salon IS - it’s peaceful, it’s aesthetically pleasing, it’s relaxing, and everyone is always pleasant. They have water, tea, coffee and snacks available to you included with your service & there’s always a good tune playing. Salon owner & my stylist Aundrea really cares about hair health & maintaining the integrity of your hair. She listens to what you want & takes the time to explain what she’s going to do and why, and really makes you feel welcomed and heard. This is why I will continue to make the 40 minute drive to get my hair done by Aundrea!

I love Salon A’Marie! I’ve been going to Aundrea for years because she’s a great stylist that cares about hair maintenance and health. She is very punctual and professional. The salon is beautiful, conveniently located, and in an area with a lot of street parking. I always have a great experience and am satisfied with my service. Keisha did a great job with my knotless boho braids. Love that a wash, condition, and blow dry is included in the service! So convenient to have a one stop shop salon to get my hair done from silk presses to braids.

This salon is very nice and all of the stylists are professional. This salon follows safe and clean practices as well as mask mandates while being serviced. Each of the stylists do amazing work and they are respectful of each client's time. I highly recommend this salon.
