Booked earlier this week with a stylist who quoted me $35 each for 2 kids cuts and washes & 1 adult.. I ended up having a 4th person, but explained if there wasn’t time or no one else available it was no big deal. I completely understood walk-ins aren’t always accepted. The stylist asks a coworker if she would like to do mine and the other adults cuts while she does the children. This stylist says sure and begins working on the one female- wash but not blow dry bc she was tired & had her brush her own hair out. When my turn came- I did explain I’m okay not doing a wash as she expressed being tired earlier while with the other adult and I would rather not leave with wet hair due to possibly not getting a blow dry. I got 4 inches cut, and one layer. The time came to pay and each stylist had to be paid separately. The original stylist received payment + tip and did absolutely amazing on the kids hair. The second stylist then takes over and explains that it was going to be $53 EACH for our haircuts. I paid + tipped as not to cause a scene, but a lesson has been learned. We will not be returning, and I advise anyone going that confirming prices before services are completed is necessary. I’ve been to high end salons and received 10x’s the service for less than the $211 I paid for the 4 hair cuts.

Pleasant clean atmosphere and Jenny is the bomb!! Her as specialty is color and she is fantastic. She’s accomplished what others couldn’t. I’m so excited to have found her

Carla always does an amazing job with my highlights and haircuts. She listens and my hair always turns out as expected. She does great with my teen son too. Friendly, clean shop. Highly recommend!!

I have een going here since it opened and have enjoyed every visit. The place is always clean and welcoming. Carla does my hair which always turns out exactly how I want it. It is like visiting a friend who happens to do my hair.

I don't know how this salon could have 4.9 stars. I went there last week and it was absolutely disgusting. Hair 1 inch deep on the floor because the stylists were not sweeping the hair after the previous customer. None of them. The floor looked like it was one big shag rug made with previous customers' hair. It got even worse when I sat in the chair and realized that the comb and scissor jars had no barbicide left in them. Everything was absolutely filthy, including the HVAC vent that looked like it had never been cleaned. Needless to say, my first stop was Walgreens to get lice shampoo. Yuck.

Oh my goodness! It's so hard to find a hairdresser when you leave California and love your hairdresser. I have been searching and trying so many and it's not inexpensive to NOT love your hair or dread getting it done, well, truth be told I'm also really picky but tip well to make up for myself. The thing is, the hairdresser doesn't know that about me, but just that I'm picky. I was so incredibly pleased with Carla Harrman. I am soooo glad I had her do my hair. She knows her stuff and is super patient and kind!

Got my hair done today by one of the owners Elaine, she was amazing. She did an outstanding job, and exactly what I asked for. She was super friendly and kind and I was super impressed. I will most definitely be going back to her

My haircolor was phenomenal, but by a fluke it is washing out. The young lady is redoing my hair and super helpful. I know this doesn't happen usually and she is being great about making it right. I loved the color!

I am so grateful for Luci who has been looking after my hair for about 2 years. She is attentive, patient, creative, kind, flexible in scheduling, and such an encourager to try different things. I always look far better after I have an appointment with Luci then when I walked in. Seriously, it is a night and day difference. Ha ha ha ha!! I really love all the other stylists in the shop as well; there is a real family atmosphere!!! The clientele range from young children all the way up to seniors. What I love about the salon is the wide range of ages as well as the talent of each stylist. The most important thing HANDS DOWN is again how much they truly care about their clients. I have not gone to all the salons in town, but I have gone to a few hoity-toity salons and I prefer Salon Amie where you are always welcomed and cared for. I wouldn’t trust anyone or anyplace else with my hair.

I highly suggest this hair salon,Carla is my stylist and I just value her as a stylist and friend. The rest of the staff is very kind and caring, salon is always clean and well maintained.

My stylist at Salon Amie is Leslie. I've been going to her for about 10 years now. She is a color expert and I always get compliments on my hair. She cares about her clients and loves her family. The studio is very clean and the other stylists are very nice as well.

We arrived 10 minutes early for my 2 year olds hair cut. As soon as we arrived everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at us, and the older lady working the front booth says do you need help?”. I informed her of our appointment and before she even asked “Luci” the hair stylist we booked with, she says that it was going to be a while. So I asked about the appointment and she said they were busy and would get to me when they could. I had a look of shock on my face because of they way she sounded. She seen how I was looking and said it’s because you’re Mexican. Then she gave me $10 for a refund on my coupon, which was not the price. She then kicked my children and I out of the salon, and said we weren’t allowed back and they could refuse service to anyone. I’m appalled by the way my family and I were treated.

I have been coming here regularly to get my eyelashes done by Amanda (and I love them!) but this time I brought my daughter with me in hopes that someone would be able to help the matted up mess that her hair turned into. I was really worried that she would have to get it shaved, but Luci was able to cut it out and still give her a super cute back-to-school hairstyle.
