DO NOT RENT A SUITE HERE!!!!!!! Beware!!! After fulfilling my lease at the Salon and Spa Galleria and completing my move out inspection, they are refusing to give back my security deposit. My lease was complete on November 6th, and instead of prorating the amount for rent, they are stealing my security deposit by charging me “rent” from November 5th- November 11th. This is NO WHERE in the signed lease agreement and was not communicated. My overall experience was absolutely horrible between customer service, my AC constantly being broken, roaches all over the place, bathrooms being dirty and never working properly. This is THEFT and unacceptable. Extremely unprofessional to steal a security deposit.

I found this spot on a whim, after deciding to get my hair cut last night. The salon is super cute and KD is such a wonderful, sweet person. I love the style recommendations she gave me and look forward to my next visit. Pay her a visit, you won't be disappointed!
