I was a renter here…there were so many problems, I don’t know where to start. First, I had a manager that quoted me $25 more per week than the original ‘manager’ I spoke to-for absolutely no reason…I was locked out of the salon on 2 separate occasions when I had a full book scheduled..couldn’t get ahold of my manager & said she was ‘dealing with a lot’…one of the ice storms made the steps up to the salon extremely dangerous-they should not have even been open-had a client witness another client slip & fall…they claimed someone would be there to lay down sand-went there the next day & still nothing. One of the shampoo bowls was half repaired (as most everything in that establishment was)..when I went to shampoo a client out, the top of the nozzle came loose, causing water to spray excessively all over myself, my client, the ceiling/floor..luckily the maintenance man was there to stop it. My locks on my station never worked/was broken. I had wine stolen/drank out of the fridge in the break room. When I addressed all of these issues to my manager, then the higher ups-was completely ignored/dismissed & told I should look for another place bc I didn’t seem ‘happy’ there. The parking is HORRIBLE. The brewery across the street would often take our parking up. The stylists even suggested that we all pitch in to pay for additional parking-nothing ever got resolved that way. When I asked if I could have my rent comp’d for the week when the nozzle sprayed all over my client they said they couldn’t do that. The overall responses I got from management was garbage-they were just trying to cover up their lies & not get in a lawsuit. They do not care about their stylists there-they are only numbers. Rent was also going up before I left…that place isn’t worth $150 a week..more like $50. Do not waste your time renting there-you’ll thank me later!! Found a salon right down the street with an awesome owner who actually takes care of her stylists/renters!!!

This place is great. My wife loved the boutique store inside. She found some great deals on designer clothes. I got a great haircut. Highly recommended.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO RENT, never fix anything and liars, cameras point down since their parking is so small so that people can get away with a fender bender, their AC sucks and water cuts off when people are getting their hair done. Also they like to make up excuses to keep your deposit. Pretty sure I saw a rat one time too, gross place and even worse people.

This salon is so nice and conveniently located. The stylist I'm loyal to came here to continue working after leaving a certain barbershop and I love her space. Since she's there now, I'll definitely be back.

I want to start off and say the service was well BUT it was only good when I was able to be seen, Mikayla took three days to answer my messages and calls for my first appointment, the second appointment I had to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment because she overlapped appointments with another client and decided to make me wait, finally my third and final appointment I was going to be 10 minutes late and she told me to not come if I was going to be late because the next appointment was already booked. Almost identical to the previous appointment but reverse. Everytime I tried to contact her she did not respond for 2 to 3 until I said I was gonna get a refund or write a bad reviews VERY unprofessional.

OMG this is the best salon I’ve ever been to. People are friendly and I got my haircut and hair color done by Abigail Rincon. If you’re looking to get a cute modern haircut then she’s your girl. She takes her time, is patient, sweet, and just caters to all your needs. She does both guys and girls haircuts. Loved the whole experience! 💜💜💜
