I feel well taken care of here. Ariana is so kind and patience with me and my girls. My daughters have different hair textures, my oldest has thick, textured Irish curls where my youngest and I have fine hair so it has been a bit of a struggle for me, but Ariana's knowledge/suggestions has help me out and of course made the girls very happy with their new haircuts. Lauren is so sweet and makes you feel welcomed when you first walk in and throughout your stay! The atmosphere of the place and the kindness of the rest of the staff makes me feel very pampered!!

I had scheduled an appointment for a single color service and a cut. I initially wanted to color my hair all black and leave it at that. My wonderful stylist Alli gave me a great consultation beforehand and suggested I tone rather than color my hair permanently black. As someone who knows nothing about hair, I was super appreciative of the advice and went what was best especially knowing myself that I would want to do different hair colors in the future! Everyone in the salon was so helpful, they took my jacket and hung it, they provided refreshments like chips, coffee, tea, water. They even had a cute little personalized sign that said "Welcome [NAME]". During the service, there was constant communication so that myself and my stylist were always on the same page. I already have booked a touch-up and I cannot wait to go back :)

I love love love Salon Ardor! They’re actually the best i’ve been getting my hair done from them forever. The stylists are so sweet and talented and the salon is so clean and aesthetic. The bathroom is super cute and the front desk girls are always so nice and inviting. They give you refreshments and snacks while you’re getting your hair done, too! My hair inspo is always achieved and they create such a welcoming and safe space. 10/10 recommend to everyone :)

I took a long 2-year hiatus from getting my hair done, and it was such a welcoming experience to come back and be a guest at Salon Ardor (which was not my usual salon pre-covid). Everyone was extremely friendly, on-time, efficient, and considerate. The ambience was comfortable and chic, and there was plenty of natural light. The chairs and washing stations were comfy even after hours of processing, and I was so appreciative of them for offering WiFi, water, drinks, and snacks throughout the service.. it really made the experience enjoyable and comfortable! I was trusting my locks to Ashley and she did not disappoint. Best part was probably the scalp massage! Also love how easy it is to book appts via text and appreciate them not being pushy with products, while still making great recs. I have family in the hair/salon business but I’m looking forward to making more routine visits to Salon Ardor.

I will never get my hair done anywhere else. From the front desk to the rest of the salon, everyone is so kind and helpful. It’s such a great and fun atmosphere to be in. I’ve gone to Cherry twice and she gives me a haircut that I’ve never had before. I have very thick hair and previous stylists wouldn’t know how to work with it and my layers would look very choppy. I always leave so satisfied with my hair. She is worth every single penny. It’s an investment but an investment for the best haircut of your life. I will never stop bragging about her work or think about going anywhere else.

I've been going to Cherry at Salon Ardor for the past 2 years and my go-to stylist for balayage highlights. Since I have Asian dark hair she’s taken my hair lighter each time on a safe level (so it doesn’t get damage) and every time it looks amazing. Cherry really knows what she's doing and always takes the time to understand what I want. Plus, she's super cool to hang out with while she works her magic. The front desk girls are always really nice and they write your name on a pad at your chair station which gives it a really personal touch and feel. I've always been picky for my hair and I actually found their business from instagram since I was new to the area. Sadly I moved out of San Diego and will miss this place!

I've been going to Salon Ardor for a few months now, and they are the absolute best! Tania keeps my hair healthy, recommends products that work for my hair, and exceeds my expectations every single time. Also, shoutout to Roby, Kiana, and Ashley for always being so sweet and friendly! Everyone there makes the experience worthwhile, and I always leave the salon feeling and looking amazing. Salon Ardor has been my consistent go-to place to get my hair done, and I am so glad I found a place that's so welcoming.

My first time coming here this week to get a full mushroom brown balayage with Cherry (and Kiki) and it was awesome!! All the girls there are so welcoming, good atmosphere, and Cherry really knows what she's doing. Will be going back for future hair appointments❤️

Talk about luxury service! Alli and all of the gals at Salon Ardor are beyond professional. I have never felt safer in anyone’s chair but Alli’s. She asks thorough questions and really gets to know what you want done to your hair while making recommendations to keep it healthy. I’ve finally found my long term stylist.

The BEST salon in SD. Always a 12/10 experience at Salon Ardor. I have asian hair and I don't trust anyone else with my balayage. The girls and stylists that work there are the sweetest and so fun to chat with always while I'm there! Could not recommend more :)

Today was my first time here. The salon is nice and comfortable. The receptionist is friendly, and they provide drinks and snacks such as chips. I have long, fine hair. I came in for a haircut with Robynell. I told her what I wanted with only pictures of myself as examples. She gave me exactly what I asked for in a haircut, and I love it. My hair gives beachy, effortless vibes. Robynell cut the layers in such a way that provides volume and allows me to shower and go without the use of heat. I would highly recommend Robynell and will continue to go to her for my hair.

LADIES and GIRLS go get you hair done at Salon Adore. I got the appointment very quickly. Kimberly and Alli helped me understand all the different kinds of color for my hair and maintenance it will need. They also helped me choose a color when I was super confused. Alli put her soul in my hair. My hair color turned out better than the picture I was looking at on Instagram or Pinterest. (don’t believe me SEE THE PICTURES, before and after just in one session). The Team at Salon Adore is very down to earth and they make sure you are comfortable in every possible way while you are with them. Price is very reasonable for the kind of treatment you will get. I will be their forever customer from now onwards. Thank you so much Alli.

I am always asked about where I get my hair done, even when it’s been my “week long hair” with no wash. That’s a sign ladies. BOOK YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH SALON ARDOR! You won’t regret it. I love the way they explain the steps during the process of whatever you’re getting done. They also have amazing customer service, trying to have you as comfortable as possible during your appointment. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair! They also have a wide selection of hair products if you’re ever in need. Currently (as of July 2022) they have Kerastase and Davines lines. I purchased the Oi Davines line per Jen’s recommendation and love the smell and how my hair feels! They also sell K18 here! K18 has been great for my color-treated hair. Just do it, book your appointment! (:

I’ve gone to Cherry at Salon Ardor for about two years now and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience! Cherry and the girls have taken me from a dimensional brunette to an ashy blonde, honey blonde, bright blonde, and back to brunette, all while helping me grow and maintain healthy hair. I never feel more confident than I do when I leave the salon and I know my hair is always in good hands there. I recommend Salon Ardor and their services to everyone!

I’ve gone to Salon Ardor twice now and I’m in love!! The first time I went with Jen (2nd pic) and most recently I got my hair cut, touched up, and styled by Alli (1st pic). Coming to this salon is such a great experience, everyone is so nice and they even have complimentary wifi, drinks, and snacks which is great when you’re spending a few hours in the chair. I always leave feeling my best, truly my favorite salon!

Literally the best salon in the SD area! I’ve been seeing Cherry going on two years now and my hair was in such terrible condition beforehand due to previous salons/stylists damaging my hair. Cherry has kept the integrity of my hair and it is now so much healthier & truly thriving! The staff is also so welcoming and professional. It’s always such a relaxing experience going there and I know my hair will be taken care of with the highest standard. They are all so knowledgeable and seriously the best. Would 10/10 recommend :)

I recently made an appointment at Salon Del Sur. I was shocked by the $65 for a simple trim. I was told that due to COVID the prices increased. I kindly asked if I could skip the wash to save $25. I am also very much financially affected by COVID. Once I got there, I was treated so unkindly, hair trim was so choppy and just overall not a good experience.

This is by far the best salon I have ever in my sad hair life!! Kimberly brought my dull, dry, brittle hair TO LIFE once again! She was so gentle and honest. First appointment I wanted a blonde balayage which was perfect for summer. Second session, I wanted to be bold and go for an edgy look by chopping off my hair above shoulder length and go completely dark color, (best decision!). The salon is chic and classy, staff are very friendly, and it is definitely the salon you NEED to go to. Don't make this salon an option, IT IS THEE ONE. Thanks Kimberly! OH. Did I mention she cuts hair beautifully, my hair never felt more healthy since her talent touched my hair. wow.
