I discovered this salon in the Lake Nona area and I simply fell in love with the salon as soon as I walked in. A stylist by the name of Wanda did my hair and she an absolutely beautiful job and I will definitely go back there because the people and the atmosphere were awesome. I highly recommend this place because it's they did a beautiful job

Wanda is the most professional and knowledgeable hair stylist! She is so fun too ! I am amazed at how she turned my hair around within an hour ! Such grace and talent ! I’ve gotten so many compliments from so many people after I left the Salon! It should be called Wanda’s amazing miracle hair salon! Her wizardness Master stylist and guru of great hairstyles - Miss Wanda!

From the moment I walked into the salon, Wanda made me feel welcome and understood my vision for my hair perfectly. She took her time to ensure each section was done just right, and the results are nothing short of amazing! My hair looks vibrant and refreshed, with the highlights perfectly complementing my natural color. Not only is Wanda incredibly skilled, but she also has a warm and friendly personality that makes the entire experience enjoyable. AVOID NELLY at all costs!! She really doesn’t know what she’s doing. I went in March for hair coloring and pedicure, PEDI is GREAT. However, I left with the worst hair experience I’ve ever got in my life, see the attached photos, 4-5 different shades of blonde and when I told her that she was like “ I put the same material and your hair is just responding different” I was left for so long in those foils!!! Today my hairstylist that I used to go to for years explained to me that NELLY did leave strands for longer time than others and used way too much hair in a single foil. Additionally look how my hair is stripped and broken!! When I confronted her that I didn’t like what she did and told her that I go to school in another state and won’t be able to come back in a week for a fix, I called her 3 weeks later because I paid around $400 in this place, and their answer was about their strict policy that any color correction has to be done in 2 weeks. And honestly I didn’t want to go back and leave my hair again to her. I would drive an hour to see my old stylist rather than getting a bad job like the one I got in this place, never trust her, I swear whenever I asked her about anything she didn’t have an answer for it, clearly now after 4 months of trying to treat the damage she made I understand why…

Don’t bother. Go elsewhere at all costs. If your looking for low level , poor customer service , over priced salon this is your spot. They don’t manage the salon correctly and customer service is better at McDonalds in the Bronx. Plenty of high quality salons in Orlando and Central Florida but this is NOT one.

Fernando Montenegro is a star! With extensive experience in color, style, and cuts, he is truly the best hairstylist. He genuinely cares for your hair and will do what's best, making you look like a star yourself! Carolina at the front desk makes you feel at home! This is a friendly environment!

My boyfriend and I just got our hair cut today with Kathleen and I can genuinely say this is the best hair cut I’ve ever got. I have curly hair and Kathleen did such an amazing job, I went home, styled my hair and my curls looked perfect, haven’t seen my curls this healthy in years. I will be coming back to her every time. I highly recommend, I cannot stress enough how wonderful my hair looks.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hair salon. I went in for a keratin treatment, expecting a professional and satisfactory result given the $500 price tag. Unfortunately, I left with my hair looking worse than before. The treatment was poorly done, and my hair is now frizzy and unmanageable. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, which made the whole experience even more frustrating. I feel completely ripped off and would not recommend this salon to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else where they value their customers and deliver quality service.

I was very disappointed, I trusted them and I pay them almost 500 bucks for a treatment on my hair which it sucked , i called them back , they told me to go back to see if they could fix it, and they wanted to charge me even more than they originally charged, I wasted my time , my gas , all was in vane , all they did was say “ it was my fault” , that I used the wrong shampoo, I looked it up and it turns out I was using the right shampoo, in conclusion, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO THIS PLACE , THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

I've been getting my hair cut by Kathleen Medina for the past 5+ years. Not only is she an expert in curly hair, but her communication skills are amazing. She's basically able to read my mind and give me exactly what I want. Can't recommend her enough!

My wife was very disappointed with their service , not happy at all, they did not do a good job, all their care about is getting their money , if you are not happy their dont care , so if you go home and you find something is wrong in your hair dont bother going back they will fix it for you , and among themselves the defend one another, very disappointed, my wife will no be coming back to this place , and am taking the time to write this review to save whoever i can the future disappointment, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THESE PLACE , I WASTED 500 bucks , and the manager is worse than all of them

I have never gotten my hair professionally done until today but man, Nelly Dejesus KILLED the game! She made me feel like a brand new girl. Look at that before and after! TRUST YOUR GUT COME HERE because I literally did the same thing and booked just a few hours before the appointment. She is smart, sweet, funny, and very very knowledgeable about hair and genuinely wants your hair to come out bomb. I finally have my own hair stylists I want to constantly come back to, thank you for truly everything Nelly!

Kathleen has been the only person. To touch my hair for the past 3+ years. From day one, I had no doubt that I would make the 2 hour trip to see her anytime I need my hair cut or styled. Not only is she very informative and well educated in the art of cutting curly hair (completely different ball game, I might add), but she is a complete sweetheart and easy to talk to. Not only is getting my hair cut and styled fun for me, but it's also a great time to catch up with a friend. I would 100% recommend giving her & the salon a chance. You will not be disappointed.

I always get my hair cut by Kathleen Medina and refuse to go to anybody else! She’s the best at what she does, takes great care of my hair, and offers the best tips when I’m looking for something new. It’s so nice going to someone with real artistry and a passion for her work. I am so thankful for the service, ambiance and the treatment. My mom came in for treatment and hair cut correction and they did an amazing job. Nelly was her stylist and did such a beautiful job that I booked and I'm getting my hair done now with her as well. My mom is on a wheelchair and the salon is wheelchair accessible. I'm grateful for the treatment.

Kathleen Medina does my hair. She does an amazing job each time! She takes the time to understand what you want and your goals for your hair and then will get you there. Kathleen Medina was my hair stylist at the Nona location today. She is so wonderful. I loved having her cut my hair today. She’s a dry cutting specialist and did a fantastic job cutting my outgrown hair of 4 years into layers. I am returning here to get it styled again very soon. I will add that the staff here genuinely shared my joy for getting this overdue haircut. Thank you everyone, it was a pleasurable experience! :)

Maritza was my hairdresser. I was a walk-in and needed to cover my gray regrowth. She is reasonably affordable, great customer service, extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend!
