I was a regular customer until I had an unfortunate incident that the owner handled poorly. The person that cuts my hair was a no show for a 4pm appointment. This was not first thing in the morning - despite a no show all day, no one bothered to let me know until I showed up. The staff assured me she would probably show up, but when it became clear that was not happening, I was asked to reschedule and was told I would be given some sort of credit for the inconvenience (as you would expect someone who made a mistake to do). After the reschedule (which was an inconvenient time), when I reminded the staff of that issue, the owner laughed, and then acted shocked and appalled such that I was out of line to even raise the issue that another member of his staff already promised, and acted as though I was making an unreasonable request. When I explained to him the situation, that did not change his approach - he maintained the same attitude, and did not even once apologize for having wasted a fair bit of my time. It is not about the money - purely the principle. Ultimately, because he refused to do anything to try to right his initial wrong, even offering something like a $10 credit, and then handled it even more poorly from there, he lost a regular customer in a business that depends on repeat customers and that would have paid him thousands of dollars over many years. It was truly an amazing way to approach business, but that is his call if that is how he wants to treat his customers.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. We came in with an appointment for my 10 yr. old daughter to get a haircut. Not only they started our service 10 min. after our appmnt. time, but also got advised that the $45 charge that was previously agreed upon was now going to be $75. After starting with a hair wash, another customer came in (15 min. earlier than his set appointment time) having us wait at the washing station for another 20 minutes. When I walked to the attendant to see why the wait, the person said that we had to wait until the early customer was done with his cut. Obviously, we could not wait any longer so asked the attendant to rinse my daughter's hair so we could leave and the attendant said we'd have to wait for the early customer to get his hair done. We left after 45 minutes with no hair cut and a very bad experience.

We went into Salon Armetta after my 10 year old got a botched pixie cut. Setha came into the salon specifically to help us out and fixed my daughter's hair. She loves it and we couldn't be happier with the amount of care and professionalism we encountered. Thank you Salon Armetta!

I happened onto this salon and it immediately became my favorite. My stylist Arianna was excellent, everyone at the store was friendly, the place was clean and had a nice atmosphere. My hair looks amazing, better than I'd even hoped. Definitely go to this salon!

I’ve been going to Arianna for several months, since I moved here from FL. she is so sweet, inviting, and CREATIVE!! Creativity is what so many stylists are lacking these days. She takes the time to talk to me about all the ideas I’ve come up with and combines them into one GORGEOUS cut and color! I’ve also brought my boyfriend here to get his first cut at a real salon (vs great clips, sport clips etc). It was the first time he’s ever liked his hair cut!

****PLEASE READ THE ENTRE REASON FOR MY RATING!!! I was originally referred by someone who I do business with & I loved her hair and she is also someone that has always given me exceptional customer servive. My first hair appointment was with Setha who did an excellent job on my hair. It was very expensive but because I loved it; I didn’t mind. However; I since then have tried to get an appointment w same hair dresser now for several months and it seems that she is no longer there on days and times that I need. I called and talked to owner, Enzo, who was extremely rude to me! When I originally went there; I was quoted 80.00 for partial highlight low light and 180.00 for full highlight low light. The first time I a full highlight and paid 185.00 and this time I just needed a partial. I spoke to Enzo, the owner and he said that I was wrong and that if I didn’t like his prices that I could find another place to go! HE WAS SO RUDE!! The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I have ever received in my entire life! I also drive 45 min just to get there! I highly recommend that if you want great and friendly customer service; DONT GO HERE! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!! It was a very cold environment not warm and inviting at all!

I entered this salon looking drab and my hair was bedraggled! I had read the reviews and made an appointment with Setha. I asked her to help me and my hair. She did it with aplomb! She first colored my hair to brighten me up. She then put highlights all through it. She gave me the perfect finish....a perfect bob. When I asked for bangs, she cut them in slow stages to be sure I truly wanted them. I am an older woman and she made me look fabulous! She is sweet and personable to boot. If you want a wonderful new look Setha and Salon Armetta is the place to go. Ina C Scottsdale

I have been to multiple salons and I must say that this salon is the best I have been to. The hairdressers are so welcoming and kind. I always have Setha do my hair and she always knows the newest trends and makes sure my hair comes out the best that it can be with minimal damage. And I really love that there is never an awkward silent moment and that she can keep a conversation. She is great and this place is great!

Absolutely fabulous services: all you can ever want to feel and look heathy, happy, well taken care of. Our hair looked like we were modeling for the Italian vogue. Our nails shine like justice. Not to mention: they give the best advice on latest color and style so we are up to date:)) My mom Ela is really pleased too. We will be booking appointments with this lovely salon
