All the ladies in this salon are good at their job. The customer service isn't lacking either. They are always very welcoming. Shalonda is my stylist and I am never disappointed. If you don't like something she is always willing to work with you to make you happy. The only issue is parking, but for the service I get, I can deal with that.

My stylist there always does great work. I can always count on her to perform at her best. She never cuts corners. She also regrew my hair back after it fell out. She told me she would and she did just that.

My daughter has had natural hair her entire life, and this is the only salon that I will allow to do a silk press on her. We've never experienced heat damage and her hair is consistently done beautifully. Also, they run a $35 Tuesday special for straightening styles.

Cherian is consistently great. She is professional, friendly, and has great customer service. She gave advice that was actually helpful and gave it without judgement. We will only frequent Salon Artist for my daughter's hair. Thanks Salon Artist.

I had just moved into Dallas when I randomly came across Salon Artist. I love Deep Ellum and as I was walking down the street I decided to take a look inside to see what Salon Artist had to offer and from there on Salon Artist has become my hair's home! Patrice is the truth! I've been going to her for 7 months and I'm oh so lucky to have met her! My hair is always bomb when I walk out the salon. Honestly, all of the ladies (and fellas) hair is bomb when they walk out the shop! I'm telling you all the ladies there are hella talented! The atmosphere is always welcoming and fun! The vibe is like no other! You will love this place!
