Jaymee was so sweet and she did SO good on my wash, haircut and style. I recommend this salon to anyone looking for a new hair stylist in Las Vegas! She paid attention to every little detail & made sure I loved the end results. Never had good experiences in the past at salons here in Vegas, this was by far the best. My salon anxiety is GONE! ☺️🫶🏼 the receptionist is also so attentive and caring. 100/10 experience.

Had my hair done here for my wedding and they did such a FANTASTIC hairstyle! The staff was so friendly, timely and professional. I had a couple of pictures that I liked but I wasn't sure what to do. They helped me figure out what would look for best for my hair, my dress style, my veil and what would hold up in the heat. The end result was perfect! It lasted the entire evening, even through all my dancing and looked BEAUTIFUL in the photos! Thank you all so much for helping me have the perfect wedding day. ~Kylie

WORST HAIRCUT EVER!!!!!!!! we booked an appointment with Anna for our Son’s haircut based on the reviews however the experience was very bad! First we had to wait for 25 minutes although we already had an appointment and she didn’t even care or saying anything about us waiting for long time! The worst part was the hair cut itself! Even though we showed picture and made it very clear that we want to keep our son’s hair long and we only want trim around the head, she cut our sons hair TOO SHORT with a very bad hairstyle that we can’t manage it since our Son’s hair is curly!!!! Now we have to wait for years for his hair to be back to normal!!!!!!!!!

My mom in law and decided to get our hair and make up done at Lakeside for my wedding. Emily did an amazing job with our make up! She was patient, kind, and very professional. Danielle was the hair stylist assigned to us. At first our interaction seemed a little awkward, (could’ve been some wedding jitters on my end and also whatever she was going through in her life at that time), regardless she was receptive to what we wanted and delivered. My hair stayed up throughout the whole event and it looked great! Thank you both for being there for us on that special day.

I've never given a bad review and to start off, Salon at Lakeside has some very nice people working there, maybe even nice stylists as well. Unfortunately the two I dealt with while doing great hair, have lots to learn about courtesy and customer service. I started out going to salon at Lakeside about 2 years ago and was referred to stylist Anna who I went to regularly for cuts and/or root touch up. She did a great job on my hair. I tipped her what I thought was well 20% even during periods when I was unemployed. All of a sudden after almost 2 years, she told me abruptly she could not accommodate me anymore and suggested I see a different stylist in the salon and she recommended Martha. I asked Martha if she would be interested. She indicated she would check her schedule. I waited and went to someone else in the meantime, but then decided to give Martha a try for the following month. We booked an appointmrnt (the only day I can do is Saturday due to my work schedule) and all of a sudden out of the clear blue Martha sent me a text saying she had to cancel my appointment. No reason. I believe a salon may hold many beauty stylists that are good, but the attitudes that I have been given will deter me from trying anyone else at this salon. Highly do not recommend salon at Lakeside very discourteous hair operators who are more interested in big ticket customers obviously.

I had my hair done here on my wedding day and Joyce did an AMAZING job! I showed her inspiration photos and she executed the job perfectly. I wanted a messy bridal updo which I thought was not going to be able to be done the way I wanted due to my hair not being super long - but she knew exactly what to do and made me a beautiful bride! I was very impressed and pleased - thank you!!!

Melanie Banfield, my Goddess Miracle worker does wonders with my hair. The color is always great and she cuts my hair so beautifully it just has a lot of body and bounces nicely. I love her!

Both my wife and myself have gone to Melanie Banfield for many years. As a matter of fact we followed her to Lakeside. She is professional and both of us would never think of having anyone else touch our hair. Melanie always has a smile on her face and we would both highly recommend her to anyone looking for the best possible service.

I came here to get my nails done and they turned out JUST how i wanted. The salon was inviting, gorgeous, and had amazing views of the lake. Bella, the receptionist was the sweetest and had such a welcoming personality. Overall definitely recommend!

Salon is nice, some of stations have a great view but this summer their A/C could not make the room cold enough. The large windows did not help with the sun hitting it, but they need to do something to control this problem that will repeat every summer… it’s the desert!

The receptionist Kaylee is the sweetest here! She greets you as soon as you walk in and offers you coffee. She’s bubbly and definitely a good person to have in the front as the first face you see!
