Love the quality you get from this place, Nicole is wonderful and it’s extremely reasonable prices. Multiple members of my family come here (with several different hair types) and we are all always satisfied!

I had just moved here from New Orleans and was desperate for a cut. Came across this little gem through word of mouth and I can't recommend this place enough. Nicole does excellent men’s cuts and I will certainly be back. Plenty of services here so it’s really a one stop shop for an entire family. Cut, color, etc they do it all! Excellent customer service and easy booking as well

I started going to Salon Avenue 7 years ago when I moved to Baton Rouge. I had the same hair dresser for years prior to my move. The services I receive are highlights, hair cut and eyebrow waxing. I feel so fortunate to have found Kim. Kim does amazing highlights and cuts! When I leave her salon, I always feel a boost in my confidence. Kim is very dedicated to her work and her clients. This is a family business and her and her daughter are both very sweet and knowledgeable. I 10/10 recommend Salon Avenue.

My first time here and I absolutely love it! Ms Nicole took her time with my hair and eyebrows. I hadn’t had a haircut in so long and she did what was most fitted for me and it turn out SOO GOOD. High recommend this place!!!

Nicole is wonderful! She really took the time to listen. I love my hair! The salon is decorated nicely, it feels peaceful and I felt very relaxed. They have lots of great products to choose from too.

On 8/26/23, my daughter had an appointment at this salon. She’s a college freshman that was looking for a reputable salon to accommodate her needs since she’s far from home. Upon arrival, she was told (verbatim) “We don’t do ethnic hair here. No professionalism, nor an explanation as to why. Treated like she was nothing. My daughter has very fine hair. If they did not feel comfortable doing her hair texture, it would’ve been more accepted for them to say just that instead of allowing her to have this unpleasant experience. It’s not what you say, but definitely how it’s said.

Nicole was amazing. I had a total hair transformation from long (about shoulder length) to very short (shorter than a pixie cut) and she was wonderful. I will definitely go here when I need another trim.

SUPER GREAT EXPERIENCE. My very firat visit there and Nicole cut my hair. Parking was easy to find and the entrance was easily marked and accessible. Nicole was very understanding and ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL to have. I was able to call and make a same day appointment. Inside was a nice, calm, relaxed atmosphere. Service was not outragous priced. I would consider it middle of the road. I will defiantly be back soon for other services they offer.
