Leah did my hair color for quite a few months. I'd continued seeing her in spite of her canceling on me twice--once not even showing up for one of my appointments. Cancelations are costly for me as I need to hire a caregiver for my disabled husband whenever I leave home. Though, the worst situation was recently when I'd just been diagnosed with a very rare, deadly breast cancer. As I was about to begin chemotherapy, I wanted to have my hair in super shape--color-wise--so I could have it totally cut off & made into a wig for the year or more of losing all my hair. I left a message to that effect. However, no one had the common courtesy/decency to even call me back. It's so incredibly disappointing to have such indifference when one is going through such a health crisis...I'd expected a tiny bit of compassion.

Galia R. gave me the haircut and salon experience I was hoping for! I'm new in town and I admit that I was not looking forward to trying to find a new hairdresser. Well, my concerns were not necessary. Galia and the Belezza Salon were great. Galia gave me a great haircut and style. She's a lovely, friendly person, and the salon is an attractive space. Oh, and the windows look out on the beautiful Port Townsend Bay. I'm relieved to find my new hair dresser! Thanks Galia!

Gina is so sweet and knew how to cut my wavy 2c hair. She explained exactly what she wanted to do beforehand and made sure I was comfortable with the plan! Will definitely be coming back :)

I scheduled an appointment for a cut and all over color a month ahead of time. The day I showed up for my appointment I was told the hair stylist had gone on Christmas vacation. I explained that I was confused since I had text messages confirming this day and time for our appointment. She then said she had to leave for a family emergency and wouldn’t be back until after the new year. I absolutely understand emergency situations. I do not understand the failure to send a text or quick call to let clients know they should rebook their appointment . Overall, displeased with the lack of professionalism around the whole situation.

Leah was willing to "squeeze" me in for an emergency haircut as my usual stylist suddenly canceled a long awaited appointment and couldn't reschedule me for another TWO months! I have difficult hair and was nervous about seeing someone new. However, Leah did such a great job and did exactly what I asked her to do that I will become a regular client from now on.

Gina has been doing my hair for many many years and I’ve never had a bad haircut or a bad color job from her. People often stop on the street and ask me who does my hair. I’m hesitant to tell them because I don’t want her to get too busy but she really is the best!

My husband and I had our hair appointment with Galia, who is a jewel of a stylist: She made us feel welcome and listened to both of our requests. She created a comfortable and peaceful atmosphere. The salon itself is lovely; well decorated, clean, with great views of the water. I will be moving to California soon, otherwise I would be back every time I needed my haircut! Galia is queer friendly, and truly wants to give you the hair that would make you feel the best! Five stars all around.

I called the day of and scheduled an appointment with them, they were super helpful and managed to squeeze me in last minute. Everyone was really friendly and professional. However, I was not impressed with my haircut at all. I'm a female with short hair and within a few hours after the cut I realized that it was cut very uneaven and awkwardly. I had even asked before coming in if the stylist was comfortable with cutting shorter hair.

This is the place to go for a perfect hair cut and color. They are professionals trained in styling and color. There is also an esthetician on staff who is very knowledgeable and makes you feel special. I have been with the owner/technician for a long time and I cannot say enough about her quality of services regarding hair and skin care.
