I have finally found my perfect hair place/stylist. Jess is incredibly kind, thoughtful and REALLY good at her job. She cuts my hair and my daughter’s hair. I’ve finally found someone who gets it from the get go. There was no awkward adjustment period of figuring out what each other was saying. She’s phenomenal. And to top it off, affordable.

I Had my hair done by Jess and loved the whole experience! I needed something new but wasn’t sure what and she walked me through some ideas being honest about what would work well with my hair color and texture and I loved my cut and color when I left and three days later I still love it. Maria was an absolute gem! She was funny and really made sure I knew what I wanted (which makes sense considering I was getting bangs and most people are going through midlife crisis’ while getting them 😂). I could not have asked for a better experience. 100/10 experience.

I gave this Salon a chance during the pandemic and absolutely loved my cut. After changing to shampoo and conditioners free from a lot of the bad ingredients, you know, those words you can't spell or pronounce? Having those gone have given me thicker, lusher hair! Thanks Steph Palady, loved my experience here.

I visited when I was in Washington for vacation and truly regret it. The products they used on me and pressured me into buying caused a blistering rash on my scalp and hairline within an hour or so after I left the salon. It was so bad that I had to interrupt my vacation to go to the emergency room. Now a week later the rash has finally settled down but the skin on my scalp and along my hairline where I had the rash is peeling. My hair is also now very brittle and breaking off and starting to thin because brushing or washing it results in a large number of hairs falling out. As for the expensive Monat products I was pressured into buying, I am having my credit card company do a chargeback.

I’ve been back and forth on this review for a while because I don’t want to ruin someone’s lively hood but after speaking with even more hair stylists was convinced to. I went to this salon for about a year, during that period my hair stylist sold me monat (an mlm) and dyed my dark hair blonde. When I asked if my hair could handle it she told me she would be careful. I slowly began to notice my hair falling out and sores on my head but when I brought up my concerns I was told it was normal. She was being careful. Etc then my hair began to fall in clumps. When I again brought up my concerns I was told to get blood work done…. I actually went to a doctor to do so. That, dermatologists and other hair stylists assured me that no, this was not my fault at all. I attempted to reach the salon to see if I could get some form of a refund since my hair was destroyed and years of growth were gone. Absolute radio silence. I know that chairs are rented but for the amount of damage done it’s scary there would be absolution word back. I would not risk this. It’s going to cost thousands of dollars of hair extensions and years for me to grow my hair back. Below I included before and after photos. It is your stylists job to stop if they see damage and speak up on it. I was also fully blamed for this. After spending even more money to talk to doctors it is NOT my fault. And the fact someone would go to the lengths of attempting to convince me so is not a good stylist. Do not risk this.

LOVE this salon. I have the kind of hair that needs a touch up about every four weeks. SO MUCH GROWTH. I found Stephanie online. I was looking for a stylist that excelled at curly hair, and I have NOT been disappointed! With each visit, my hair keeps looking healthier, and my smile keeps getting bigger. I feel wonderful, and refreshed as soon as we leave the shampoo bowl. Steph gives me LIFE. The salon is relaxing, clean, and I consider my time there like a trip to a mini spa. I’m always excited when I see my reminder text for my next visit pop up on my phone! ❤️

Lacey did an amazing job with my hair! I was looking for some advice on what would look best for my hair and she was really helpful in providing options and recommendations. I tend to not have much time to spend on my hair and have felt a little judged by past hair stylists for not putting in more effort. I didn't feel that from Lacey at all. She offered great recommendations when I asked, but didn't push me to change my routine or do anything over the top. She listened to what I wanted and was great about checking in to make sure it was going well. I see that she's also a color specialist - but I'd recommend her for every service - I just got a regular haircut and she did an amazing job. Very kind and great to talk to as well! As long as I live close enough, Lacey will be my go-to for regular haircuts! The salon itself is great as well - great layout and organization.

So lucky to have somebody that does an amazing job - I get compliments everywhere I go💜 As you all know your hairdresser is also your counselor and Jess yes is the best listener😊 If you're looking for a new stylist look no further Jess is your gal!!!

This salon knowingly allows stylists to use and even push sales of products NOT approved by the FDA. These products are from Monat, a known pyramid scheme or “MLM”. These products have caused extreme amounts of hair loss and skin irritation in multiple clients. Multiple times, the salon has refused to give any kind of response or statement when questioned on the products used by stylists in their space. Monat products contain numerous chemicals proven to be unsafe for use on humans. Accountability must be taken. Feel free to do additional research on the pyramid scheme that is Monat, and STAY AWAY from this place.

Horrible salon. Between constant turnover of stylists, and poor quality results, and cancelled my appointments on me multiple times, I'm done! Don't go there. They don't care about you or your hair, and they are unprofessional, and unreliable. Definitely don't go to Chari, she's the worst.

I tried to email them and never heard back. I kind of don't want to go b/c of the two bad reviews. Especially the one about donating hair for Cancer. How come this establishment didn't want to do that! They provide a public service don't they? I was really put off by this. I may not patronize this place b/c of the one bad review.

The gals here are beautiful artists! And especially amazing at layers and bayalage. I dyed my hair on my own (bright red) and regretted it—but they made it a beautiful strawberry blonde in one session! And I didn’t have to chop it off. I drive here from Seattle because I don’t want anyone else touching my hair! Thank you, Salon Bella Dea!

A new owner has taken over and renovated the inside. It looks great! The hair stylists are always nice. You can walk in but it's much easier to get in of you make an appointment in advance. Lindsey is the best!

The salon has a welcoming environment and all the stylist are friendly. My go to stylist is the best and never disappoints. The offer water and coffee and have goodies. It is never a dull moment there. Super happy every time I leave the salon.
