Josephine is the absolute best! She's been doing my hair for several years and it always comes out perfect. She knows exactly what I like and we've experimented (per my request) from time to time so she knows exactly what I won't like and isn't afraid to tell me lol. She makes sure I'm leaving happy and feeling amazing every time!

Do NOT book with Hannah! She cannot manage her own schedule and handles clients very unprofessionally. She cancelled on me last minute, rescheduled me to a few days later but doublebooked herself so the morning of the appt she tried to cancel with me again before figuring out her schedule to still have me come in at 3. Then at 2 I get a message saying the person before me is running over and to come in at 3:45 or she may have to cancel but she doesn't know, 3:30 comes and STILL NO RESPONSE to confirm if she even was cancelling for sure. Overall very unprofessional way to handle clients. When I called to try to talk to the manager about my concerns, the receptionist took my name and number saying they would call me back. I haven't heard back from the salon manager, but the receptionist went and told the stylist Hannah within a few minutes of our phone conversation.

I absolutely love this salon. After many years of trying to find that perfect stylist, I found her. Thank you Josephine for helping my hair look the best it has ever looked. My hair used to have an uncontrollable frizz because it was damaged and now, its long, shiny and happy. She has completely turned it around. She gets the color, cut and style done quickly..Which I love! Also, she always gets the cut right.. It's nice having someone that listens to what you want done and delivers, every time. She rocks!!

Melissa is my stylist, I am newer in town and wanted to get diamond botox done to my hair. Just finished my third treatment. I've had this treatment in the past with some success, but I always felt like the stylist skipped on the product or was lazy in going through the steps. This time however Melissa really took care of me, it is beyond clear that she knows her profession. After a few treatments I've noticed phenomenal results. I really couldn't be happier. Can't believe that I was this lucky to have stumbled onto a stylist with the skills to make their price tag seem more than reasonable.
