I went to see Daniella today for a simple root touch up, but she goes above and beyond with her service every time. It’s the extra little things like draping a blanket over me when it’s cold. I’ve never had a salon take such good care of me! She’s also a color expert and travels all over the world to keep up with industry trends- she knows what looks good! I highly recommend her!

Ive never felt so beautiful After my color/style appt with Daniella! Internationally trained, training still tearly in NY, listens to what your vision is, she’s then thoughtfully executes your dream into reality. No exaggeration! Upfront on prices which are crazy reasonable, see website (I’ve lived in LA and you pay easy over a grand for the service I received). My experience: No appt over the phone must meet in person, responsible and you get to elaborate what your thinking, do a color test then a deposit (if you work in the service industry and are heartbroken by daily no call no shows, that request is Proper!) and then I booked (best choice of my life) a platinum card lighting technique, took 6 hours trust me when you see my 6”roots. She did a 70/30 technique-I’ll let her explain- but dimension from EVERY angle. Washed, dried and gave aftercare instructions. Customer for life! And not because the conversation and company and her pup were wonderful!

I’ve been seeing Daniela at Salon Bello for two years now, and she is simply the best! Her studio is adorable and so aesthetically pleasing. You can tell she puts a lot of care and intention into every detail. She always listens closely to what I’m looking for and consistently overdelivers. My hair turns out amazing every time! Her prices are very fair, and the quality of her work is unmatched. Highly recommend if you want not only great hair but also a great friend in the process!

Daniela did such an incredible job!! This was my first time visiting a salon to cut my hair and it was a great experience I am always nervous when dealing with my hair as I have very thick and long hair that can be intimidating to handle. It is easy to see the experience and talent Daniela has as she so effortlessly and efficiently tackled mine with my request. Will definitely be coming again. Thank you Daniela!!!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Daniella knows her stuff when it comes to working with hair. I walked in with a thick bob that was very outdated and overgrown bangs and left with a shaggy French bob. Now I feel confident in both myself and my hair. Throughout the session she shared her expertise in why and how she was cutting my hair. The salon itself is small and quaint with the perfect accents to feel like you’re in the city yet out of the city. This is now my go to place for all of my hair needs. Daniela is an artist in the truest sense. Unlike many stylists I've seen throughout the years, she has a vision and her cutting technique is unique. I love the subtle color changes she gave me and my cut. Hers is the only chair in the salon, so the vibe is quiet and relaxed.

Daniela listened to what I wanted but then provided her own perspective which was super helpful. She also did a preliminary cut before washing at slightly longer length than we first discussed to make sure the length we discussed would feel ok. This and a dozen other things she did showed me that Daniela knows both the science and art of giving a haircut. She is someone you can really trust with your hair and her eye for color is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Daniela really knows what she’s doing!! I’ve never had anyone cut my curtain bangs as skillfully as she did! She was very attentive to my requests and took care to make sure my bangs were symmetrical and complementary to my face shape. I would return to SF for a haircut just for Daniela!

Wow. All I can say is Wow. I have tried several salons all over SF and the Bay Area but nothing comes close to the results and service I received at Salon Bello European Style. Daniela is a huge personality and had me cracking up the whole time. On top of that, she really knows her stuff and is constantly looking to upgrade to the latest techniques. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. She took my overgrown brassy hair and raised it 5 shades lighter into a cool dimensional blonde without bleach. She spent over 6 hours on my hair taking her time making sure my hair was to her standard (which by the way, is perfection). She served me fine wine (so delicious I ended up buying a bottle for myself at the little wine boutique next door) and sugared doughnuts. I left there feeling like royalty. I 100% would recommend. TIP: text her instead of call, you will get a quicker response and she will call you soon after :)

Daniela is the best! During both of my experiences at salon bello, I felt like my hair was in such good hands. She really cares about how your hair turns out and wants it to be exactly how you imagined, even if it means having you come back the next week to perfect it. she understood exactly the color i wanted without much explanation—she gets it!! No more hot roots. Will be coming back for all my future hair appointments to see Daniela and her sweet dog Lu 💖

I haven't gotten a professional haircut since covid because my usual stylists had moved and hadn't taken the time to find a new person. I needed someone who was available during the evenings and after reading countless amazing reviews, I decided on Daniele. My experienceis nothing compared to thw reviews, which makes me wonder of the validity of them. I should have left after she told me to remove my cardigan and tank top and to only wear the smock, she literally said, "I don't want any drama, just take it off. Now. I'm a curvy girl, let me tell you the smock did not cover me completely and left me exposed. I told her, and she basically told me she doesn't get different sizes because it was easier for her. Upon sitting down, she asked me to show her pictures of what I wanted. My hair was long, past my mid back. We discussed how much length I wanted cut, I initially said 3-4 inches, but she noted it would be too short and I wouldn't be happy. We agreed that cutting no more than two inches would achieve the look I was going for. An hour later, after she had me look up, she had cut SIX INCHES OFF MY HAIR!!!! I expressed my frustration and how much I was upset. She turned around and said "Well you wanted that short to begin with." Are you kidding me?? I told her we BOTH agreed in the final decision of cutting only two inches. She also gave me curtain bangs which I didn't ask for nor were they in the pictures I showed her. The curtain bangs didn't fall correctly, especially since I have a windows peak. For all of her experience and what she charges, I expected a better experience. I understand she needs to make money, but she overcharges more than MSRP for her products. Stay away if you want long layers and and if you want to be heard.

Daniela did a great service. I call in the morning and she gave me an appointment in the afternoon ( very fast booking). I gave her very little instructions on what I wanted and she save my hair from super dry jo shape to a healthy hair. I loved my haircut. I also did the treatment for hair repair. She went over every step and explained very well what she was doing and adding to my hair. I loved the experience, she was super professional and will definitely recommend her.

Daniela has been cutting my hair for the last couple of years and it is always a lovely experience. She is not satisfied unless the cut and color are both truly great. She is patient and has been very generous to me with her time. I like hearing about her travel stories and the latest techniques for styling whenever I go in. I’ve learned a lot about how to take better care of my hair from Daniela and trust her to be honest with me. I am a very happy repeat customer! And she has the sweetest dog who sits at the front of the office.

I highly recommend this place if you want your hair done by someone who are knowledgeable and who cares about your hair staying healthy and looking amazing. I spent a lot of time trying to find the perfect place and stumbled upon Daniela’s salon in Noe valley. The reviews were the main reason I chose Salon Bello, and they did not disappoint. An additional plus was Daniela’s flexibility when I was scheduling the appointment as well as her quick responses via text messages. She met me at 6am on a Sunday morning which was perfect for me that weekend. She did a great job with my blonde highlights! Avoiding bleach and teaching me about the different products and the process. Overall, it was a pleasant morning where time flew by. Lastly, she has the sweetest dog, named Lu, who made the morning even better.

So incredibly happy with my experience and especially happy that I got to meet the beautiful Daniella today. I called Daniella today (referred by Moe's Barber) in a frantic state because I had a terrible haircut the day before. Daniella was patient and sat me down to educate me on what she was going to do to fix my hair. What I thought was going to be a quick in and out fix turned into a much needed service I didn't know I needed. I didn't feel rushed at all. She took her time in listening to my hair concerns, washing my hair, showing me what she was going to do, and most importantly, her advice! Her style is impeccable and I completely trusted her to do what she thought was going to look best. She turned my blunt hair cut with chopped bangs into long soft layers with curtain bangs inspired by Francoise Hardy's french style. I'm so in love and so appreciative with the time and care she took on me too. I admire her time in perfecting. You can tell that she truly loves doing this. I felt pampered which I think is hard to come by now a days. Amazing service. Finally happy to say that I've found my go-to stylist now. Thank you Daniella!

I feel blessed and pretty ❤️🪭 Danielle is an artist with her European hair expertise and has the best talent in town. Everytime I visit, I come across with diverse customers around the world.
