Naz always gives me glass hair when I visit Salon Biology; utterly impressed by her skills and expertise. On top of this, she is always warm and welcoming, someone I've come to enjoy talking to when I come to have my hair styled. Highly recommend this salon-- they do an amazing job and also use nontoxic ingredients.

Absolutely thrilled with my eyebrow-shaping experience at Golanz! The stylist expertly shaped my brows, focusing on my face shape and preferences. The salon had a warm and inviting atmosphere, making me feel relaxed right away. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, answering all my questions with patience. I’ve been going to salon biology for 11 years, and I can confidently say they are the best in the business! Not only does Golnaz have an incredible eye for detail and a talent for making you feel and look your absolute best, but they’ve also now introduced a new shampoo line and it’s absolutely amazing. I had the opportunity to try it, and it left my hair feeling softer, healthier, and more vibrant than ever. You can tell a lot of care and expertise went into formulating these products. They smell fantastic, work wonders, and align perfectly with Golnaz’s passion for quality and hair care. If you’re looking for a hairdresser/ eyebrows who truly cares about their clients and their craft, and want to treat your hair to something luxurious, look no further. Highly recommended.

Unique, beautiful salon with excellent customer service. Aubrey was fantastic at listening to what I wanted and did not want, looking at only a few inspiration photos I had and sharing her professional expertise to meet my desired state. She exceeded my expectations and delivered an amazing outcome. Without question I booked my follow up. My hair situation was; brunette who had taken hair lighter over the last few years yet let roots and grays grow out the last 6-months. The rest of my hair was brassy and orange. I didn’t think it’d be possible to leave with my hair at the blondest it’s yet to be and that I’ve been aiming for, for a few years now.

I love Salon Biology! The stylists are so friendly, and the salon is always super clean. Their Avjou Researche hair growth products are incredible. My hair feels thicker, healthier, and stronger. It’s such a relief to find something that actually works and is clean too. Highly recommend!

I first went to Salon Biology after the discovery that chemical-based hair straightening treatments (keratin preserved in formalin/formaldehyde) have been associated with increased risk for uterine cancer. As a professor in cancer research, I considered this unethical and intolerable. Given my uncontrollable frizzy hair, I wanted to change to using natural products and so discovered Salon Biology. What a discovery! I have now visited Salon Biology several times for regular keratin hair straightening, cut, and eyelash/eyebrow shaping and tinting. Each time I go in feeling burnt out from working overtime and looking to varying degrees like a haystack (depending on how long it’s been since my last visit). Each time I’ve come out feeling pampered and looking sleek - a much tidier and more professional-looking version of myself. Naz is organic in nature, as are the products she uses. She is genuinely kind, accommodating to my schedule, attentive, and helps me decide what to proceed with. She’s efficient too - one of the other ladies often joins in to help, so the long straightening process takes half the time. Salon Biology has become my “one stop shop” for smartening up (hair, eyebrows/eyelashes in the same visit), products to take home that will extend the lifetime of my keratin treatment, plus some fun banter or relaxation - Naz and the other ladies there are happy to chat or not if you just want some quiet time. Even though they use safer products, with superior service (in my opinion), prices are similar, if not lower, than other salons on the west side. I cannot speak highly enough of Salon Biology. Even their coffee is great!

Naz has the magic touch. I don’t usually trust people with my eyebrows but she is so detailed and gives them the care and attention they deserve. My eyebrows were thin and uneven before I went here and she completely transformed my eyebrows to exactly what I asked for, thick fluffy brows. They’ve never looked better! Plus, it’s so clean and relaxing in the salon, it feels like you’re in a spa.

Naz is an angel. I have such severe haircut anxiety and this is exactly what I was looking for. She listened to what I wanted every step of the way and was so supportive and patient. The haircut is great, the atmosphere is lovely, I can't recommend Salon Biology enough.

I recently visited Salon Biology for a lash lift, and I left with a big smile. Yasi is an absolute delight—she's incredibly warm, kind, and full of positive energy. She made me feel more like a friend than just a client. The entire salon was spotless, and I felt pampered from start to finish. Yasi checked in with me regularly to ensure I was comfortable, and even offered me a couple of glasses of wine. I highly recommend this salon and will definitely be returning.

A long overdue review since I frequent Salon Biology. My go to is Sara, she’s great. I have a lot of hair and it can be hard to manage. She cuts my hair and gives me great blow outs more often than I’d like to admit and it last a couple days. She’s so much fun, I love sitting in her chair. Everyone is always very friendly. I highly recommend getting the Milbon treatment on your next visit. The salon is a vibe and very clean. Besides hair services, I've also had my eyebrows done here and Yasi does a great job. They looked great. It's a one-stop shop for all your beauty needs. Thanks Ladies!

Thank you Naz for saving me from my hair emergency! I recently had an appointment with Naz Avjou and she saved me from a really bad color that I had done right before my daughter's graduation. I walked into the salon with green hair because of an too dark ash color and left with a great color. She was kind and very knowledgeable about everything hair. The salon was lovely and her assistant was the sweetest. I appreciated their kindness and Naz's expertise in fixing my hair.

My friends and I were in town for a wedding! We found this gem of a salon! Naz and her team gave us amazing blow outs and also incredible makeup looks for our wedding. They were fast and it was nice to be able to get amazing hair and makeup in one stop! We also enjoyed the beverages that she offered!! I highly recommend for hair and makeup. Would come again next time I am in LA!

I cannot recommend Salon Biology enough. A short while ago, my friends and I decided to bleach our hair for a race we were running together. As someone who had never had their hair colored, I was a bit nervous. But Naz did an amazing job. She took time to first explain what she was going to do and gave offered me multiple examples of what the finished product would look like. She took great care with the treatment, and the finished product exceeded my expectations.

Salon biology is absolutely the best salon to go to. I first met the team when I was a bridesmaid and they did my hair for the wedding. After the wedding, I continued to get my hair done at the salon. They have taken my hair from dead and thin to actually having some life and body in it. I now do keratin treatments at the salon and it has saved my hair. The environment of the salon is so friendly and beautiful. You feel so well taken care of and the team is so lovely. Could not recommend this salon more .

Can’t recommend Salon Biology enough! Their ambience is beautiful and their customer service is truly excellent. I have had my hair styled and blow dried by Naz for special occasions and graduation. My sister even came here for her birthday and was so happy with her hair too. Naz kindly made suggestions on how to improve my hair or how to tailor the hair style I asked for to meet my needs (I.e., long lasting for a graduation shoot). She even recommended a Milbond hydration treatment which provided noticeable results right away. I’m so happy with the outcome and will certainly come back here again. Thank you Naz!

I'm so happy I found this salon! The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and the salon is quite modern and nice, creating an overall calming and pleasant experience. Autumn did a full balayage on my hair, cut it, and blow-dried it all in just 5.5 hours. I couldn’t be happier with the results! Meanwhile, Naz did a lash lift for me. Everything was so professional and efficient. I've received so many compliments and I’m recommending them to everyone! They also have happy hours with discounted services that I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for. The salon offers a sushi menu you can order from, and they serve complimentary tea, coffee, and water. This place truly has it all!

Sara always does a beautiful job on my hair. I have been coming for over a year (since I first moved to LA) and I won't go anywhere else. The care and precision that Sara applies to my cut is amazing and I always get compliments after my haircut! Everyone at the salon is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend!
