Booked an appointment with a lvl 2 stylist to go blonde, I explained the color/warmth and look I was going for. At no point did she sit down with color swatches to confirm and then at the end when I told her I was unhappy (because it was the exact opposite of what I had said, not nearly enough highlist and the wrong color) she assured me after a few washes it'd be fine. I think when I leave a salon I should be in love with my hair, not told that it'll eventually look how I want it. Luckily I called back the next day and asked for corrective services. This salon gets 5 stars in my book despite the bad first experience because of how they handled it- the outstanding customer service and dedication they had to fixing my hair, and while fixing it, ensuring it stayed healthy. The made sure I got it fixed immediately. The new stylist took her time, showed me color swatches, and made sure I loved my hair before I left. I will go back.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at Salon Biyoshi, all thanks to the incredible esthetician, Bailee! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and took the time to understand my skin’s needs. The facial was so refreshing, and her facial massage was beyond relaxing—it was like a mini vacation. My skin is glowing and incredibly soft! I also had dermaplaning done for the first time, and I’m beyond impressed with the results. My skin is smoother than ever, and my makeup goes on perfectly now. Bailee’s knowledge and attention to detail really made the entire experience unforgettable. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure you leave feeling pampered and rejuvenated. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing facial or a top-notch skincare experience. I’ll definitely be back to see Bailee!

I had made an appointment about a week and a half ago for Thursday the 23rd. I sent pictures of what I wanted accomplished and was really looking forward to it. They called and reached for the next day. Then called day of to cancel it due to time restraints. I own my own business and had to block off time for these appointments. I understand things happen so the first time I was fine with it but now I have lost out on money. They knew what I wanted days ago. Very unprofessional and a waste of my time and money!!!

Katie is great! Cut & color turned out to be just what I wanted. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. It is pricey, but if I have extra $$ it's worth it.

Great first visit at Salon Biyoshi with Mary as my stylist! I have a short pixie-ish cut and it can either be great or not. My hair looks great! Color is different than I had before—makes my coloring much less sallow looking. Have already made the next 6 appointments if that’s any indication of how pleased I am.

Madison Gore did an excellent job on my hair! She gave me exactly what I wanted- my hair looks so fresh and healthy while still keeping the length. And the hair glaze she put on is the perfect shade. She is so gifted at what she does and was so kind! Her joy is contagious. 10/10 recommend . She helped my very pregnant self feel a boost of confidence :)

From the moment I walk in , I always feel welcomed and well taken care of. Davina listens carefully to what I want. The attention to detail is incredible. Davina makes sure every strand is ALWAYS perfect. The products used left my hair feeling soft, healthy, and looking absolutely fabulous. Davina is passionate about her craft. I’ve been coming to Salon Biyoshi for years. Everyone has always been friendly and very professional. I am going to Brandon now and he is fabulous! He knows his stuff and he gives me great suggestions for my hair, and, you can tell how much he cares about the salon. My cuts are great, I get lots compliments!

Jacque did a great job with my daughter's hair. She was able to take the inspiration photo my daughter showed her and recreate it beautifully. My daughter was impressed with the service from start to finish.

For my first time at Salon Biyoshi, my expectations were quite high. I was not surprised at all when all of those expectations were exceeded! My stylist Jordan is one of a kind, she takes the time to listen to my wants and makes everything look better than expected! I would recommend Salon Biyoshi to anyone! This place is amazing and makes you feel at home as soon as you step in the door!

I've been visiting Salon Biyoshi regularly for over four years now. The stylists and staff are kind and professional, and the atmosphere is always clean and classy. Brandon has done a terrific job with my hair (long layers with face framing). He is meticulous and clearly takes pride in what he does. Highly recommend Salon Biyoshi. I always have a positive experience and I'm sure you will as well!

Edit: I was contacted by someone because of my review. I was told “they wanted to make it right”. After a few phone calls back and forth, I never heard back. I shouldn’t have to call over and over to try and “fix” whatever it is needs to be fixed. And the only reason they wanted to make things right was because I left a negative review. First off, my hairdresser was incredible. But the management and customer service at this place is lacking. That’s why I’m going from 3 stars to two. And the only reason I’m actually giving 2 stars is because the lady who cut my hair was the nicest person there. First of all I got a haircut and then 2 weeks later I got my hair colored here. The first visit was wonderful. My stylist cut my hair and I absolutely love it! While there I asked for a consultation on hair color and cost. I was given a price and booked my next appointment for 2 week after that. I came back the second time, excited about getting my hair colored. After the appointment I went to pay and the price was 3 times what I was told 2 weeks prior. I was shocked. I thought a consultation would help get an accurate price but I guess not. I paid it and left pretty upset. At least put it in the notes what prices you tell people and if they change, inform them. Now two weeks after my hair appointment my hair has lightened and turned more red instead of the deep brown I wanted. Even following the directions on how to care for it. I probably won’t get my hair colored again. Just cut here. My stylist was amazing but the front desk people and significant difference in pricing has me second guessing ever coming here again.
