Yesterday I had my first appointment here per a friend's recommendation. Nicole was so fun and really listened to me. I'm so happy with my cut and can't wait to return for a color service.

I've been coming here for years and when I came in most recently I received a haircut that was uneven, thinned in places it shouldnt be, and overall not up to standards or what I wanted, but you know whatever it happens. But it's so short that theres really no way to fix it, and when I called to ask about a refund, I was met with extreme agitation and defensiveness from my dresser before I even asked, pretty much just telling me that I'm wrong and she did do it the way I wanted (???). It's just insane to me that a client can calmly call you and say they're unhappy and your first reaction is to just tell me I'm lying. Nevermind that it took twice as long as it should have because my dresser spent half the time talking to her friend. I'm just sad, used to like this place. Never experienced so much unprofessionalism.

Melissa is excellent! I would consider myself extremely picky about how my hair and she needs very little direction. A quick photo and she knows what to do. She also is able to style your hair correctly as well. Most places no matter how good, can’t seem to style it right. I remembered having the best haircut and style by her in the past and decided to go back. Highly recommend!

Came in for a hair cut, face framing, and layers and Nicole absolutely killed it! She was friendly and very receptive to my vision and input. The place was also very clean and had the cutest dog that I got to pet while waiting

I had to stop by and shout out to Andrea! You were absolutely amazing... You were kind, considerate and gave me some honest details about what my hair needs ! Thanks for being professional, sweet, and so helpful! I am in a sales/service position and 1st impressions speak loud and I could not be happier with my experience with Andrea and the entire salon. I would Highly recommend! Cant wait to get color...

Loved it there. Super friendly atmosphere all the way around. Brenda was amazing as always and is so knowledgeable of hair coloring. She has worked magic with my hair!

Andrea Ondo is amazing! It's always a fun time, I always love my hair & Andrea is a color genius. The salon has a fresh chic look & I love relaxing with wine while being pampered.

This is a very warm and welcoming spot! What a perfect and beautiful manicure I got from Jessica. The best ever! She was fun to talk to, very skillful and careful, and she did an exceptional job. I will definitely be booking all my mani's with Jessica! Highly recommended.

I had Jacque Timmins do my updo for my sorority's formal and it turned out AMAZING! Not only did my hair turn out better than I ever could have expected, but it also stayed put the entire night! I am a very picky person, but would say without hesitation that I would trust Jacque to style my hair for any event, even my wedding! I highly suggest this salon. 5 stars!!!!!
