It was my first time at Salon Blu and Johnny was so kind and helpful! I had a general idea of the cut I wanted, but he gave me advice on what would fit me best. Hayden helped as well and shampooed and blow dried my hair so nicely! They also gave me advice on products for my hair type and maintaining my hair. Both of them are so sweet and I had an amazing experience!

Johnny listened to everything I said about my hair and he came up with a plan and it turned out beautiful! I have never had such a great color treatment. He is such a warm and friendly stylist and I will definitely be coming back to see him again soon.

Alley-Grey is my fav stylist here. Amazing haircuts every time. Professional and personable. Always willing to try something new and make it look phenomenal or do the same amazing cut she did last time. 10/10 would recommend.

I had a consultation with Taylor she confirmed she was experienced with textured hair. The photos are the finished product. The finished product! 😐 My hair was supposed to be honey blonde(see inspo photo) I was reassured we could get close to that. This is what we ended up with. I showed her photos of natural hair and wigs. The final inspo photo is someone with natural hair. $275 and this is the end results.

Madison M. is a God send. She’s solely responsible for me loving my hair for the first time in decades. GO BOOK HER RIGHT NOW!! The last few years I’ve bounced around between various stylists and always left feeling unheard, unhappy, and almost ripped off with how expensive and non-transparent the industry can sometimes be. I found Madison earlier this year and booked her based off her excellent reviews, and now I understand why she had so many. She listened to exactly what I wanted and elevated it better than I ever could have envisioned. She’s truly an artist. She’s a joy to be around and it feels like I’m sitting down to gab with a friend I’ve had for years. She told me exactly what I’d be paying before we got started and her pricing is fair. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable, happy, and feel well taken care of. Her scalp massage is also the bomb ;P I’m realizing I don’t even really have great recent “before” pics because my hair was always up or in a hat prior to Madison’s magic, but you can see how BLAND It was a couple weeks ago. Thank you Madi ❤️

Noel, did a great job with the blow out of my hair. First time, my arm in a sling, she listened and did a fantastic job. My hair is to my shoulders with curl, did it straight just as I wanted.

Taylor took the time to really listen and hear what I had to say about what I was wanting to do with my hair. I showed her photos of the style I was trying to obtain & she did exactly what and how I wanted it. It means a lot when a stylist takes the time to listen to their clients needs. She went above & beyond of what I was looking for and I’ll definitely be back to see her in a few months.

I booked a reservation at salon blue with a stylist name lyric. I went in to do a balayage color. She recommended me doing a bass colored cover some of my grays and the balayage. The total amount was a little over $300. I said yes why not. After two days the gray in front of my hair came back. Reach out to the salon the Young name of Porsche was very helpful and booked another appointment for me to get my hair redone. I asked for a different stylus. However, she said the manager recommended I use the same stylus so she can learn from her mistake. I went in today she colored my hair when I walked in my hair was done style blow and straight. She wash my hair, barely towel dried it and told me that was it. I left the salon with my hair, soaking wet water running down my work clothes. This is my second attempt at the salon. I do not recommend the stylist lyrics. Furthermore, I do not think her managers is doing a very effective job of coaching her. You made an error once and you’re working on the same customer you should exceed the customer expectation. The manager, Heather did not make an attempt to reach out to me, herself and apologize and acknowledge the error that her stylist made. I will never recommend a salon to anyone. This is the worst experience.

I don't normally share reviews but I am so bothered by my experience that I have to say something. It was my first time getting my hair cut professionally after 10 years of cutting my hair myself. My boyfriend made this appointment for me as a gift as I have been struggling with keeping my hair maintained in the last few months. I was seen by Lyric, and I was taken back 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (which I don't usually have a problem with as I work by appointment also and I understand that things can run behind, but every other problem I felt occured together is just unprofessional) I told her about cutting my own hair, having trouble managing frizziness because my hair is thin and wavy, and breaks very easily. I was okay with cutting off the dead/split ends and I asked for some layers and face framing fringe around my cheek bones and chin (I already had some hair cut below my chin from the last time I cut some side fringe) I also asked for something I could recreate at home because I do not blow dry or apply products to my hair. She suggested a hair mask, which I said okay to, and she took me back to wash my hair and apply the mask. When it came to cutting my hair, it was not sectioned and the parts were crooked, and she took huge sections of hair and cut unevenly. She applied 4 different products to my hair, loosely finger curled it and diffused it. (I do not use products or own a diffuser) She then brushed out my hair, and re-wet it with the water mister... She asked if everything looked okay, I asked again for the cheek fringe because she hadn't done that..and everything else was so wet I couldn't tell what it looked like. I left with my hair soaking wet and dripping on my clothes. I was so unhappy with the whole experience, her demeanor, lack of care and it was like she didn't know what to do at all with my wavy hair. My boyfriend was standing at the front desk and so I didn't want to complain or make him feel bad, but now that I am seeing my hair the next day it is so uneven and no layers, no side fringe to frame my face, I am reminded of why I cut my hair myself for so long. I do not recommend Lyric at all. Maybe she was having a bad day which I can understand completely but this was just too much... Replying to the owners response- I do not believe I miscommunicated. I asked for something that I did not receive in relation to the haircut. As for the products, I asked for something I could recreate at home and clearly expressed I do not use products or heat. She diffused my hair and then brushed it straight, and then misted it. I fail to see how that is appropriate for wavy/curly hair. It is very disheartening to post a review and to be told that what I received is because of miscommunication when that was not the case.

I had the absolute BEST experience at this salon and with Noel! I just moved to the area so I was a bit nervous, but Noel made me feel so comfortable! She answered all of my questions, did an AMAZING job on my hair, and was so easy to talk to. I will 100% be back to sit in Noel’s chair!!

Best experience ever! Not only is Madison easy to talk to, she took her time getting exactly what I asked for. I’ve never left a salon feeling so satisfied and excited about my blonde (as you blonde girlies know it’s hard to come by that). Also the best hair cut I’ve ever had! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

Loved my cut and root touch up/color! I appreciated how Delaney took time to analyze my hair wave and texture, instead of just giving me a standard layered cut. Delaney was very pleasant and I feel like I've finally found a stylist I'll return to.
