I got the worst haircut of my life here the other day lol. Some parts are longer than others. She thinned out the bottom so much that it looks like my ends are dead. I left with half straightened frizzy hair. My hair was getting damaged when they were brushing it. I’m not even one to complain I’m usually pretty chill about this stuff but I just don’t even know what to say. I should have took it as a sign when I walked up and the first thing the front desk lady said to me was you didn’t get my message did you? We called to reschedule but we can try to make it work. Mind you, when I checked she called 1 hour before my appointment. What was annoying is the way she said it was as though she was doing me a favor. I’m using a fake name, before you guys say this wasn’t a client here. Never coming back.

Such a welcoming environment w/ amazing staff. I strongly recommend going to Malena S. for any waxing/sugaring needs and also lash lift/tint services. I see her for both and I have always left so satisfied.😊

My hair always looks amazing after seeing Autumn! She is the reason I come to Salon Blu. I drive 30+ minutes to see her and it's always worth it! She also did my hair for my wedding and it was perfect. Autumn captured the look I was going for and helped ensure everything went smoothly at a time where stress can be at an all-time high. On the most important day, Autumn made sure my hair was perfect, and has done so every time I've seen her since! She has done hair for my friends weddings too and they all love her!

Long overdue praise for Neil and Salon Blu! He has done amazing with my hair and fixing it. I had a hair disaster (NOT Neil) and went to him. He believes one more visit and my hair goal will be reached. He is not only talented at hair but is a genuine guy with outstanding customer service! Wow! Definitely recommend Neil owner of Salon Blu! He is the best!! Thank you ❣️

I had the pleasure of having my hair done by Roger today, he was a professional and was excellent with doing a cut/color so much that he will become my go to stylist. I am an Artist and so is he! My husband loved what he did to my hair!

I went into Salon Blu for a haircut and got put with Autumn, one of their stylists. She was very friendly and did an amazing job, 10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be coming back!

I went to Salon Blu a few times last year and had a good experience each time. But about three months ago, they put me in with Autumn, who does hair for them. She has a great personality, but her work is really bad. At my first appointment with her, I told her I couldn't do dark black, but she made a mistake and did it so dark. Then I set up a second appointment to fix the color of my hair, but she did something worse that made me cry. My hair is now orange. I wish she had been honest and told me she doesn't know how to use dark hair color. I would have appreciated it if she wasn't just trying to get money from me. I will no longer go to Salon Blu to get my hair done. I would rather go somewhere outside of the city than risk ruining it at Salon Blu.

Had my first experience with Holly Kelly at Salon Blu and guarantee it will not be my last visit there. Holly did such an amazing job with coloring my hair today. I left there feeling like family, and the staff that were around us was welcoming to be around as well. This place deserves 5 stars for atmosphere, products, staff and services. Thanks again, Holly, for the hair transformation and will plan to make future arrangements with you again soon! I am recommending friends and family to you & Salon Blu.

I have finally found a salon that I LOVE! Malena saved my hair! I have had everything from extensions to a cut and color and she is just amazing at all of it!! She really listens and wants to make sure that you leave the salon happy. I cannot say enough good things about Malena!!!

All employees are very friendly. My hair stylist always listens to what I want and takes into consideration my hair type and face shape before giving any recommendations on cut. She does a really nice job, whether zi am getting a trim, color or a new 'do!

I Steve's wife come here every month to get a sugaring. Which is like waxing except better! It's natural, way better on your skin and much better results. I personally get a Brazilian and I love it. I also love this place because conveniently it's a one stop shop. I get my hair done here also. Everyone is friendly and a great environment. They make you feel very comfortable.

I had an emergency situation for my wedding where I needed a hairstylist a the last minute! They did everything they could to accommodate me and help squeeze me in! I could not be more thankful to them!!! My stylist Jordan, did such a beautiful job and exactly how I wanted it. Jennifer, (front desk) was so kind in helping me with scheduling, they even helped me get in for my makeup as well which came out absolutely perfect! Everyone was so positive and friendly! I will post photos when I get them, but they have certainly made a customer out of me. Thank you ladies!!! ❤

I had my hair cut and colored by Christine and she was the absolute best. I have insanely thick hair and she did everything in around 3 hours. At other salons I had spent over 4 or 5 hours for the same form of color and cut. I was insanely impressed. And as an awkward person I felt comfortable the whole time. Truly wonderful. Plus the place looks gorgeous and is very clean. They've truly deserved the 5 stars.

I was able to get a same day appointment for a hair cut. The staff were all friendly and the salon had a very inviting feeling. Hannah cut my hair and she did a meticulous and beautiful job! Definitely recommend!

MALENA IS AMAZING!! I had extra long extensions installed with a cut and full highlight. She took so much time to make sure I got exactly what i wanted ( even when i wasnt exactly sure). She was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience wonderful. I can't say enough positive things about the salon too. It's beautiful, clean and the everyone is so friendly. I highly recommend.

Never will I recommend or would I ever go back there again no way. Not even if it were free. The worst highlight I ever had in my life and took about 7 inches off of my bottom hair. Now I have a 2 inch ponytail.$300 . and then when I got outside and saw how much blonde was in the front of my head almost wanted died. then tell me to come back because I complained about it that she would pick the highlight put more on an ad more brown more less so after looking at my hair for a while, I said forget it I will get her to cut some off and maybe some of the brown will show. BIG MISTAKE TAKE A 1/2 inch off.First time I gave her 25.. tip,and the nexts trip takes a 1/2 off and I said well hope this is fair enough and gave her ten dollar tip when I already gaven her 25 the first ti me she wanted me to pay $65 for a haircut AND WAS VERY UPSET THAT I DIDNT PAY FOR IT.. make sure I tell all my friends and everyone not to go there to her anyway.

Skyler was so very helpful at giving me the great natural look I was going for. All my girls had a wonderful experience. They made everyone feel and look absolutely fabulous. We used Salon Blu for our wedding. Katie was our hair stylist and Skylar was our makeup artist for all 5 girls. They showed up to the venue early and even got our hair and makeup finished early for our first look! All the girls were happy, and our hair and makeup lasted all night. Katie and Skylar were such wonderful individuals to work with and addresses any concerns or ideas with thoughtfulness. Would highly recommend to any bride in the York area.
