Owner and Stylist, Shan Bivines, has a specialty for giving every client that sits in her chair the “Bougie” treatment. I love her attention to detail and that she takes her time with you. I have been going to Shan for over 25 years! She has always taken great care of my hair and brings my hair dreams to reality!!! There has never been a style i wanted that she couldn’t make happen. She has been doing my hair for so long, i don’t even have to really tell her what i want anymore. She can read my mind, LITERALLY! The quality of hair she gets me is perfect match for my curl pattern! And when she does my colors it matches perfectly with the bundles! I trust her with my hair so much, i asked her to do my big CHOP when i was wanting a short pixie cut. My hair was almost to the middle of my back when she cut it. She made it beautiful. She inspired others to do the same style they saw how well she did mine! Her salon is always a welcoming place! I love the atmosphere and conversations and the honest and loving care she gives all her clients. She is not just my longtime stylist. But, she is family! I def recommend every woman i know to go to her and let her do their hair. They will be amazed and feel like a whole new woman! You can tell when someone loves what they do. There isn’t a time that I don’t leave her shop pleased and feeling cute! The style and cut always fit my face. The salon is clean and the vibes are always amazing! Love this place more of a sisterhood salon. Shan has been my stylist for over 20 years…She the truth with sew-ins and cuts and OMG my favorite the silk press which I get 90% of the time.

I wasn’t gonna say nothing at first but my hair is a mess. The lace knots are not bleached. And you didn’t even put no make up on it to hide the lace. You didn’t pluck it or nothing. I’m literally about to have to redo my own hair. My hair is flaky from whatever you sprayed on it. I paid you 250 for nothing. She rushed on my hair then proceeded to block me. 0/10 don’t recommend

Crystal Williams is my hairstylist and has been for close to a decade. She convinced me to go natural years ago. Her skills are impeccable with all lengths of hair and I’ve never left her chair dissatisfied with the finished product whether it is a sew in or blow out with flat iron or curls! These are a few of my looks taken not on the day of service but sometimes days afterwards.
