I was really looking forward to my first appointment at this salon, but unfortunately, it didn’t go as planned. As a first-time customer, I expected a smooth and professional experience, but the lack of hot water completely derailed the beginning of the service. It’s worth noting that this issue was entirely out of the stylist's control—I could see her trying her best to contact the manager and work around the problem. She did her best to deliver despite the circumstances, but it put her at a significant disadvantage. It’s disappointing that something as basic as hot water wasn’t functioning properly. This is something the salon management should have addressed immediately, especially knowing clients were being served. The stylist worked hard, but the situation left me questioning the overall professionalism and preparation of the salon itself. I hope management takes steps to ensure these kinds of issues don’t happen again. A great stylist deserves better support from their workplace, and customers deserve a better overall experience.

Frank at Ethereal Hair Studio in Suite 153 at Salon Boutique is a God in no disguise. In less than 2 hours he got my hair bone straight from a twist out. I’m talking better than a doctor miracles commercial y’all

This place is a super cool concept salon. Each licensed beauty care specialist has their own suite. We started coming here when our hair stylist, Greg Pratt, moved here. Best thing ever! We love the privacy, and don't miss having to hear all of the other clients and stylists' business. 😁 We also love that once we're done with our haircuts, we can get our Costco run done. It's across the street! 👍

Salon boutique is an amazing place to work !! I currently rent a suite here and love everything about it .. from its modern decor to the friendly tenants!! I highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants to rent or any clients for any beauty needs !! And definitely recommend to come to my suite for any hair needs ( especially BLONDE)

The place is clean but it all comes down to having the best hair dresser and for me that's Carolina
