Was shipped the wrong product (ordered shampoo and conditioner and received two shampoos). Took the product back to a local store only to be told they couldn't exchange it and I'd have to ship it back. The manager sent the employee back out to tell me all this knowing I would be disgruntled. Went to a 2nd location on West Street where the employee was extremely helpful! She deserves all the credit for making the situation right! Item exchanged for the correct item without any issues. I will not return the the 21st & Tyler location!

Megan gave me the haircut and style I’ve wanted my entire life and I’m not exaggerating!! My daughter saw it and raved too!! I can’t thank Megan enough! The other gals helping in retail are always friendly and very helpful in finding the products my hair needs!!

Salon Brands is a great company I’d definitely recommend getting all your beauty supply needs from them! They are very professional and deliver high quality products with unbelievable prices! At first I was a little skeptical because it was my first time ordering from them and but it is safe to say they have now gained a new loyal customer. And if you have any questions or concerns their customer service team is really helpful and kind I spoke with Tiffany and she took the time to see what my needs were and help me out! 10/10 service and 10/10 products for sure would recommend!

They used to be excellent. I buy products, I don’t use their services. They used to have tent sales at least twice a year but now it has dwindled to once a year. I have been a LONG TIME customer and their loyalty points never expired. Now they expire in 3 months. I do not go through enough product to use points for any discount and feel like this is a scam now.

I was buying product at the West Street store. The person who helped me was very nice and tried to find the product I was in search of. The person at the cash register was also very polite. Overall a good experience.

My experience there has been all positive the girls there are extremely nice they treat everybody with respect and they also are very helpful. I got my eyebrows waxed I'm assuming she was the manager and she was very very good as well I just want to say My overall experience there has been great and I will continue using you the prices are a little high but that's okay everything is nowadays

I love getting my hair done at Salon Brands! The staff is very knowledgeable and personable! Clean and nice environment! I have been seeing Kayla Nichols for a a few years now and I won’t let anyone else touch my hair! Recently I got the Brazilian Blowout on my hair and it’s the best thing I’ve ever had Kayla do to my hair! I highly recommend seeing Kayla if your looking for someone that can fix your damaged hair, do a color correction or just “revive” your hair! Kayla is very knowledgeable and attentive when it comes to hair and hair care! Be sure to ask for Kayla when booking!

Kayla is amazing! I have curls and I didn't know what to do with them. These curls decided to show up a few years ago when we moved to Wichita from Northern Michigan. I've had the worst time with frizz and dry hair. Kayla was so helpful. She listened to my frustrations and concerns. She looked at a few pictures of curls I liked and was honest, but kind when she explained the different types of curls in the picture. She started with a deep conditioning then a really cute cut. She took the time to explain and teach me how to style my hair to get the best curls. I love my new hair cut and have confidence that I will be able to keep it up at home. I've already scheduled my next appointment with her!
