Pam is wonderful! My daughter's first visit was like nothing we've ever experienced. We walked into a peaceful, clean, and tastefully decorated salon. Pam is friendly and professional. She introduced herself, we sat down and she thanked us for our business. She talked with my daughter and me to find out what we needed from her as a stylist and she told us what to expect. When we were done talking she gave her a cute robe to wear over her clothes and got started. This visit included a steam treatment, scalp exfoliation, trim, and silk press. We were only there for one hour and thirty to forty minutes. The next visit included a hydration treatment with the silk press and she was done in one hour! My daughter has thick hair past her shoulders and it looked amazing each time. The salon is peaceful and it's only Pam and one client. We didn't have to listen to extremely loud music or screaming kids. You walk in and get in the chair(my favorite part). I highly recommend this stylist/owner.

Ms. Pam is great!! She makes sure that her clients have a pleasant and relaxing experience at Salon Charisma. Also, Ms. Pam is very passionate about the health and care of hair/scalp and she doesn't mind sharing her knowledge. I believe that Ms. Pam values me and my time, which is really important to me! So far I have had three sessions and I truly enjoyed each visit. I will definitely be returning soon!

This was by far the best service that I have ever experienced at a hair salon. I received the royal treatment and it definitely made me feel like royalty. Mrs.Pam is so nice and caring she explained everything that we were doing with my hair and made sure that I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be going back.

I have been a client of Mrs. Pam since 2015. My daughter is also her client. She is extremely professional and knowledgeable in her field of expertise. She is also very efficient with her time. The salon's environment is very warm and drama free. I highly recommend Mrs. Pam!

Pam is one of the most experienced braiders in Louisiana. Her braiding techniques are precisely done in a meticulous skilled manner. She is quick and gets the job done. My Kinky Twist ( med) are absolutely GORGEOUS!!. I am looking forward to my next appointment !!!
