My first time coming here was a good experience. I had made an appointment through their website and was seen almost immediately after walking in. Maria was extremely efficient and professional, talking over what my goals were and giving me a price before any work started. That was refreshing as I was used to being surprised at the end sometimes with the price. She worked quickly and was communicative throughout the entire process of coloring, cutting and styling my hair. I loved the end product as it was exactly what we had discussed beforehand. I will definitely be returning! Updating in 2025: I’ve been going consistently to Maria who has worked miracles with my hair. She knows exactly what I like and what results I don’t want, and she delivers every time. She’s transformed my hair to incredibly healthy and never steers me wrong. I wouldn’t let anyone else’s touch my hair.

Well I want to say if you ever have your child get a hair brush stuck in your hair, they can help. I was very upset and thought I would have to have a pixie cut. They spent almost two hours trying to get out and salvage my hair as much as they could. Sonja is my savior. Not only did she save my hair, she cut my hair to where you can’t even tell what happened. She was so patient with my emotions she was dedicated to save my hair and the whole salon was the sweetest. Thank you so much for this I will not go anywhere else now.

The best salon in Pembroke Pines! 🫶 from the moment you walk in you are treated so nicely and greeted! Mary was amazing she did my makeup and was super patient with me even when I wasn’t sure what type of look I wanted and Maria was amazing as well she did my hair exactly how I showed her from pictures I had taken! Overall an amazing experience every time I come in. I would 100% recommend when looking to go and get your hair done or your makeup done you’ll leave feeling beautiful ❤️

I’ve come to Sonia a few times now to refresh my bob. She’s a perfectionist. She caters to my hair type and always asks questions to mold my hair to MY liking! I feel refreshed when I leave the salon. She is very professional but also personable which means a lot.

I went to Maria, who is supposed to be one of the top stylists. I asked for a simple hair cut- face framing from my lips down. I left there with bangs on one side of my face and long choppy layers on the other side of my face. No stylist in the salon was able to fix it. By far the worst hair cut I have ever had. I also realized once I got home that the balayage she did was chunky and uneven. While in the salon, she continued to step in front of the mirror, tousle my hair, and try to pull out her curling iron to hide the horrible job. I told her not to curl my hair because the cut was bad and needed to be fixed. Turns out the dye was poorly done as well! The salon had me pay hundreds of dollars to look like a dog with a bad hair cut. When the results are is this bad, the salon should stand by their services and not have a customer pay to leave the salon humiliated and embarrassed.

Went in for a color correction.Genesis was amazing! My hair was a mess with a balayage gone wrong at another place but she did a great job at fixing it. Highly recommend.

The services were well and the people are very kind. However, Maria, who cut my hair did not seem like she had the expertise to cut the style I was looking for. She was very kind and attentive but the haircut did not end with my expectations.
