Paid $140.00 to basically leave the salon literally the same way I came in (well really my hair looked better when I walked in) with the exception of a slight change in my hair color. The $140.00 that I paid apparently did not include a style. I was not told prior to coming to the salon that the color I wanted to dye my hair would not be achieved on that visit until the 2nd color application had already been applied. Even though I sent a picture of my hair and a picture of the color that I wanted to achieve way before the appointment. I was charged for “all over blonde” although my hair color was nowhere near blonde. Please see the picture; not even light brown. It looked like a rinse had been put on. Once the “color” (or whatever it was) was washed out, my hair was not styled, it was only combed out, “scrunched” with a towel and I was sent on my way. My entire birthday weekend was ruined. My husband wanted to come there and get my money back, but it’s all good because apparently that $140.00 was desperately needed, so I hope it was worth it. I just never thought someone could take my money with a smile on their face for doing absolutely nothing smh… I’ve never had anything so ignorant happen to me… So disappointing and a total waste of time and money. Wendy know she was wrong for that. But in the end, I left with my dignity and took the respect I had for Wendy right with me.

Great stylist who is super friendly and the products works phenomenal on my hair. I would highly recommend.
