I was told the total for my service. I was shocked. I pointed out what I had had done on their printed menu of fees and what the total should have been. I was told that it took longer than usual and so they charged more. I’m never going back, which is a shame because it’s right by my house.

Customer service is terrible, got a couple eye rolls and no prices listed. Got SNS with tips, charged extra $5 for almond shape. Never have I ever been to a salon where I’m paying to get my nails done have they charged for shaping your nails. Charged $20 extra for chrome. Much better places to go with great customer service, & way better prices. I was hoping to find a good place close to the house- but I guess I’ll continue to drive across town to better options.

I've been coming here for a few years now but have noticed lately their customer service is not good. Once I called and asked if they had time to add my daughter for a pedi to my appointment and was told no. Fair enough, I called last minute. When I get there later for my appointment, they take a walk in for a pedicure! That was confusing... More recently I was convinced to get SNS, which I am not a fan of, but was told if I didn't like it, next time I can pick a different color and change it completely at no additional cost. I asked several times if she was sure I wouldn't be charged more because at other salons complete SNS removal is extra. I come in today and ask for the SNS to be removed as I didn't like it an it chipped and didn't last. I got charged an extra $15 for removal when I was assured I wouldn't be. I also had to ask her several times to touch up the shape I asked for, she usually does a nice job but today there was a lack of effort and it was sloppy. I asked for help choosing the color I wanted and I was told to go find it myself and "can't you see it, it's right in front of you". I ended up picking a few colors that could work and asked her to check and she just started painting, clearly impatient with me. It looked streaky and it wasn't what I wanted at all and she insisted on adding more coats but I wanted a sheer look and this was becoming bright pink and opaque. It looked bad. I asked her to remove it and I could tell she was upset. This all made me feel very uncomfortable and humiliated so I asked her to just take the polish off so I could go home. I left with bare naked acrylics and was charged for a full $55 gel acrylic set + $15 removal of SNS. So a full $70 for naked acrylics. All I wanted was sheer nude nails for my birthday. Had to hold back my tears as I walked out. I won't be coming back. 😞 Below is what I asked for...and then what I got...

Called this place at 6:15 pm this evening to ask if they were open, they said yes. My husband and I headed there. Once there, they were coming out and said they were closed. It was 6:30pm and their website shows 7:30 pm. And I had called ahead to verify. The ladies were not nice at all. Very bold and locked doors with us standing there. We will never go back there again!

I would give the service a 6.5/10.. nothing wrong per SE but far from fantastic. However, upon entering the shop, with no visible prices, I announced I wanted a MANICURE and a PEDICURE and I have my own base coat, color, and top coat. I also announced my mother wants the exact same thing. I told the woman when she asked which pedicure I wanted (deluxe $45) . I then repeated it to the woman doing the manicure ($18). Total for 2 manicures and 2 deluxe pedicures is $126. I go to pay with exact cash, after tipping everyone, and she said $205 was my total. Excuse me? Almost $80 difference! She explained that I was being charged for 2 GEL manicures and 2 GEL pedicures. I explained, yet again, that I brought my own everything: base, color, and top. They didn't need to use a single thing which differentiated a regular manicure from a gel one, as I provided everything. The woman then argued it was a different service. Everyone knows that it is NOT. I explained that nothing is different aside from the polish, which I brought. Annoyed, she called the police. I waited for them as I had done nothing wrong. She lied and told him I was refusing to pay for ANYTHING. After I explained the situation, he saw me pay the $126 in exact cash. Then the shop woman said she wanted us banned and I said that's fine, we weren't coming back anyway. If I hadn't have gone out my way to announce it 3 times, or they told me beforehand, it would have been better. It's ridiculous to think they want $80 more because of the type of polish. Literally insane. It takes twice as long or more to do French tip and that's only $5. I feel sorry for the workers there as I'm sure they aren't treated fairly. There are many MANY shops around, look for another one. Also, their pedicure chairs are broken. If that matters to anyone (which is part of the service).

Salon Delight has been my FAVORITE nail salon since moving back to this area in 2021! Salon Delight is always Super Clean. The tight knit hardworking licensed nail technicians are pleasant and I’ve never had a subpar experience. My elderly Mother and I usually bring in our own nail color just because we normally love the same color each time! However, recently we decided to change it up and fell in love with some of the high quality nail colors offered amongst the hundreds in the salon. Like clockwork, we are presented with a pricing card listing a HUGE variety of offerings for both pedicures and manicures upon each visit with Mom and have always received EXCELLENT service and extraordinary attention to detail. We highly recommend Salon Delight to anyone seeking great Value for Superior Service. They earn every dollar of our tip as well as the cost of a job well done! PS~ Anyone would and naturally should understand that the service is the same price no matter if you choose to bring your own nail polish or nail gel, etc. Their beautiful nail colors are included in the price but our cost is in the fine work they pour into each customer! You will not regret giving this long standing salon a visit! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The place was clean but otherwise not impressed. My daughter and I went to get a gel polish from sit down to finish was an hour and an half. And he gel chipped 4days later I spent to much time and money for that.

Wanted to get a pedicure before vacation and brought a couple others to get nails done. Says they close at 7pm we get there at 6:15pm they say that they can’t do it. If you want to be out by 7 PM then you need to actually close at 6 PM. I work and it makes it hard to get to these places by 6pm when you get off at 5:30 and can’t get there. It’s the same as you Going to a restaurant that says they close at 10pm and you walk in at 9:30pm and they say they can’t serve you. Especially when you are paying for there service. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN

Went for a gel manicure. It was sloppy and started peeling less than 12 hours after getting them done. I went back the next day and they wanted the same tech to fix them (no thanks) and said no one else had time. I asked for a refund and they gave me half back (which I think is ridiculous considering this is the worst manicure I've ever gotten). Definitely wouldn't recommend this place - not only did they do a bad job, they didn't want to rectify it less than 24 hours later.

When you walk in the owner never acknowledges you, EVER! You have to tell them what you are there for and they say have a seat. They leave you waiting for an hour plus. Wouldn't it be better to say Welcome to Salon Delight how can we help you? I would like a pedicure please. Okay pick your color we are on a wait time of X. I have tried multiple times to come here and it is the same experience everytime. NEVER AGAIN.....The owner is so rude and entitled acting. I know many people with the same experience Everytime I go there are seated customers verbalizing the same frustration.
