This is a very nice salon. Angie is very reliable and punctual. ANAMIKA NAYAK is an aggressive person who has used hostile communication when Angie informed her MORE than a week in advance that her appointment had to be canceled. She has never met Angie, and has written a lying review of a professional whom she has never met. She became hostile, aggressive and intimidating over the phone talking bad about the whole salon. Angie has continually built a clientele with locals, moms, daughter and grandchildren. She is very organized with her time management, and respectful of her client’s time. If she is behind even 10 minutes she informs her clients ahead of time. She has NEVER canceled any of clients last minute. She works full time and is available at the salon the entire week.

Worst place to get a hairstyle! I booked with Angie at Salon Desire a month in advance to style my hair before an important ceremony, and they canceled at the last minute without any explanation. When I called the salon, they told me that individual stylists handle their own bookings and couldn't give me a reason for the cancellation. This completely ruined my plans before the celebration and they suggested I reschedule for another day. Why should I book for another day when my event is the next day of my booking? Extremely unprofessional. Do not trust this salon for your special occasions. Very frustrating and disappointing experience as a customer.

Angie is seriously the best! I have had my hair cut by her a few times and won’t be looking to anyone else because she knows exactly how to cut and style hair. As soon as she was finished, I couldn’t help but feel so beautiful and refreshed! She was so precise with her cutting and has such a great eye for good cuts. Before my first cut with her, I had just moved to the area and was nervous looking for a new hair stylist because my hair means a lot to me. If you are in the same boat, then try out Angie. She eased my worries and is so easy to talk to and book with. I am so thankful for her!! To add to that, the salon itself is great! Parking is so easy and the entire staff is very friendly.

Anya the owner is super skilled and professional. People work there are super friendly. Have been a customer for many years and always completely happy about the experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great haircut and color.

I was having such a hard time finding someone who knew how to do highlight/color on Asian hair, I am so glad I took a chance on Angie Luisi because she absolutely did such an amazing job on my hair! Better than I ever expected. I really loved that she really took her time to understand what I wanted and how I wanted my hair to turn out. I am so glad you moved out here from NY, Angie! Keep doing what you do girl! You are amazing!

My lady was absolutely incredible. She new exactly what I wanted. Hannah is and will always be an amazing Hair Salon stylist i'm definitely gonna be missing her. The staff And everybody there are so warm and welcoming. I also enjoyed my cocktail drink mimosa . 😊 definitely recommended . This place is amazing

Received the absolute worst haircut I have ever seen or had in my entire life. I specifically ordered a middle part with multiple pictures from different angles showing exactly what I wanted. She nodded and proceeded to give me the worst bowl cut I have ever received. When I tried to tell her I had ordered a middle part she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language and proceeded to charge me 60 dollars. On top of that, usually haircuts either look good at first and slowly start to lose shape after a while, or look strange after cut but begin to grow into what you had ordered after a few weeks. However the folks at Salon Desire have pulled off the impossible. They managed to give me a cut that both looked horrible initially, and after a month somehow managed to look 10 times worse. If they do the complete opposite of whatever they’re doing right now, they may become the best salon in the world. I’m not sure if they are better with women’s hair but if you are a man DO NOT GO HERE. You will receive a bowl cut no matter what you order.

I’ve been coming to Shannon for the past 5 years. I have long, very thick hair. I stumbled in and got an appointment because of a cancellation and I will not go anywhere else now. Shannon is so friendly, and easy to talk to during my appointments. She remembers what is happening in my life and always asks me about work, kids, family, trips etc at each visit because she remembers what was going on last visit. Having someone easy to talk to makes the hours long appointments go by much quicker. I do a full high light with cuts. The first time I came in, I was coming from box dye and bad dye jobs from other salons and wanted to be blonde. Shannon was able to get me to the color I wanted over the course of a few visits and I’ve been able to maintain it for the past several years. My hair always turns out a beautiful blonde and she knows exactly what I want each visit without me having to tell her Never a complaint when I leave. Ask for Shannon when booking and you won’t be disappointed!

I am sad to say that I had a very terrible experience at this salon . I had booked an appointment for eyebrow waxing and when I reached there for my scheduled appointment the person who was supposed to do it wasn’t there . I was asked to wait when they contacted her and she said she couldn’t make it . It seems they have no value for our time and only care about their time( note their cancellation policy ) . They told me they could do it later that evening and to reschedule . Needless to say I didn’t accept the offer . It seems they have a hard time understanding that other people have things to do too .

Jennifer Crow is AMAZING!!! She gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had. Seriously. I couldn’t stop looking at my hair after the appointment. She also showed me how to blow dry my new bangs and was just a wonderful personality the whole time. 11/10 would recommend

So my hair stylist of 16 years moved to Bend about 7 months ago and helped me look for another salon. She called this place and Les-Leigh was highly recommended for color. I went to her 3 times and the last time I went was the last. Out of the 21 years of coloring that I’ve required, this was the first time sections of my hair were damaged. I flipped out and messaged my previous stylist who recommended a product to help protect and repair damage. Today I drove down to Bend to have her touch up and cut my hair. We determined based on what she saw and what I told her from the last appt that Les-Leigh used too strong of strength with the bleach and left on longer than what was required. To make matters worse, she didn’t tell me about the damage so I could start using a product to help it. Also, my hair was never cut very evenly. Needless to say I’m not going back. On another note, the salon doesn’t appear to have flat irons.

Went in the get a balayage on short hair and was told that they couldn’t really do it because my hair was short ( I wanted my roots darker and then gradually get light from there). Got talked into some chunky partial highlight with a horrible color and an old lady cut that was uneven. Was very disappointed and felt like the lady doing my hair was rushing and not being considerate about what I wanted, just wanted to do what was easiest. I won’t go back here!
