Me cortaron el pelo muy corto aunque le dije ke no lo keria corto, eh venido aquí dos veces anteriormente y nunca tuve problemas pero esta vez la señora me cortó demasiado pelo no vuelvo a venir. ///Asked for long layers and no lenght taken from the bottom lady cut it way too short, I’ve been here before two other times and the other lady cut it just how I wanted but this time was such a horrible experience I cried leaving the salon never coming here again save your money don’t waste ur time here

Asked for layers and got a choppy mess really really upset 😭 Couldn’t really tell how uneven it was till I got home to style it. One side is longer and there’s random long strands. Before it was really long and she thinned out a lot wearing it up to hide just looks worse. Going elsewhere to fix. Use to go here before they don’t have my go to lady Maria anymore but it was a well known place for my family and I to get haircuts. I wish I would have not cut it at all, but my hair was really long and wanted a new look for my birthday ☹️ Sadly going to have to go shorter
