I got a hair mask and a blow dry/ flat iron appt over the holidays here and my hair after I washed it was completely damaged. I have curly hair and once I washed my hair the ends of my hair were completely straightened. The curls were gone and I had to get a hair cut. I assume that the flat iron used in my hair had straightening products in it. I wont be coming back!!!! “Professional” who did my hair was clearly not experienced

I had a terrible experience with Luciano for a braided updo. When I called to request an appointment, I specifically said I wanted a Dutch crown braid and had shoulder length hair. The receptionist told me they would have Luciano perform the service, since he was more experienced with braids. On the day of the appointment, Luciano was 15 minutes late due to "parking issues." When he finally showed up, I showed him a picture of exactly what I wanted, and he started to braid. He didn't check in with me while he was braiding, and when I noticed that it wasn't looking like the picture, I corrected him once, then a second time, and then he said that he couldn't do the braid as in the picture because my hair was too short. I understood then that he was going to do something else instead, and I resigned myself to walking out with a minimally tolerable hairstyle. Even then, I still had to correct him multiple times to fix parts that looked obviously bad. If Luciano had started our appointment by telling me that my hair was too short for the picture, or even at the point that he did finally say that, if he had proposed an alternate style and sought my input and approval, then I wouldn't be giving this 1-star review. As it was, he barely communicated what was happening, didn't check in with me, and did a poor job.

This is my second time coming to DNA salon for magic sleek treatment. I have had Felipe Rangel twice and he has done an AMAZING job both times. My hair stays perfectly straight and I absolutely love it!!!!

Worse hair cut I ever gotten, I look like I have a helmet on! I told the hairdresser how much I didnt want loose my length He gave me layers that made my hair so much volume it looks like two different haircuts!! And I no longer have my beautiful long hair! The bangs dont blend in at all I have to wear My hair up until this terryfying haircut grows I almost cried and to have to pay to have your hair botched was a horrible way to end the year Never will go back! This was my worse experience ever. Learn to listen your clients.

Daniel does my hair and he makes it perfect every time. I love the easy access location, the friendly staff, the cool treatments that they have. I also love that they do hair, nails and a bunch of other things all in one place. This is a great hair salon ❤️

I had such an amazing experience with Felipe rangel. He did a keratin treatment and I am still blown away by the results. He is truly such an amazing stylist, very detailed and truly takes his time with you. I’ve been to other salons and by far this experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Just horrrible. A trim should not be $95 dollars that is just unacceptable and the way the stylist did not know how to treat curly hair is just awful. My hair looked like a dried mop at the end. I do not recommend this place not even to my worst enemy.

Pretty good. Stylist was attentive to what I asked for, was cautious with how much she cut off, and did a great blow out. I somehow walked out with face framing layers with a 3" length difference, after asking to preserve my existing layers in the trim, which were a 1.5" difference at max, so that's not great. But otherwise the framing is well done, it's just a little more 1999 Jennifer Aniston than I usually go for. I'd come back, I'd just be more specific in what I asked for next time.

Felipe and his craft skill is amazing!! He not only suggested best ways of styling based on the hair type but also paid close attention to the look I wanted! He is so so so good and styled my hair beautifully. Highly recommend him!

The only place I will ever let touch my hair. I have long thick hair, and Adelice cut & styled it perfectly. She takes her time paying close attention to details, is very communicative, and will accurately give you whatever you ask for. 10/10
