If you're thinking about going to this salon, just do it! This salon goes above and beyond! I'm incredibly happy that this will be my new AVEDA salon. The online booking offers lots of options. The front desk is incredibly kind and helpful. It made my day that they offered me a welcome beverage... I was in a huge need of coffee (lol). I had my hair done with Tori and my hair came to life! She is awesome! It's a beautiful facility and an awesome team. I look forward to my next visit. :)

A very nice salon. Great services! Best shampoo/massage I've ever had. Thanks Ebony! And she is so very kind. From the moment I stepped in there it was a nice experience. Prices fair for a high-end salon. Of course you can add on more to your services. You can check them on on their website for pricing on most things.Thanks Bianca for trying to help me through a bad hair cut (which will take a couple or 3 more visits as it grows out) The other salon is not in this area.

I visited this location to get my chin and eyebrows waxed because the first time I visited I had a great experience. The price was right, the service was quick and friendly. This time, the waxing area was moved to the darkest area in the salon. The salon staff were all very friendly and the person who did my wax was extremely attentive, personable and patient. However, my waxing took an hour because the waxing area was too dark. It was hard to see the small hairs on my face with the dim lights so the waxer had to keep going back over the same spots. I understand that this area is more private but it certainly impedes carrying out the great service I expect from this salon. I would not recommend this place for waxing, unless they move their the area to a better lit location in the future.

Went today with my mom and my 3 month old baby. I was nervous about taking my baby and creating chaos in the place, but the staff was super accommodating and gracious. Incredibly friendly, very service-oriented, Im super happy with my experience!

Janée gave me a blonde balayage. She was super kind, super descriptive on the process of going blonde and making sure I was getting what I wanted. 😊 10/10 experience with Janée, will be coming back to do more hair appointments with her.

Just enjoyed a fabulous experience with Jen. I was looking for a super short pixie and she did just that. She is incredibly skilled with both the clippers and scissors. As a surprise treat, I also received a complimentary hand and arm massage while the conditioner did its thing. What a treat! I highly recommend this salon!

I absolutely love this place! Jen is an absolute expert with extensions and Matthew always has my blonde the perfect tone! Everyone on the whole salon makes you feel very special. Definitely recommend!

I always visit this salon when I’m in town, Jen always does my hair because she is the best at what she does and has been doing my hair for as long as I can remember. She always knows exactly what I want and always delivers. She is extremely professional, meticulous and super sweet to talk to. She goes the extra mile to make my visit relaxing and stress free. Josi is an amazing stylist. After over 20 years I had to look for a new stylist and Josi did a job that was above my expectations. She cut my long hair precisely how I wanted.i must emphasize on the word long hair. I know how we can be about keeping our hair long. Then she was able to curl my straight thin hair and the curls stayed!!!

Josi was an amazing stylist. She was very attentive and she was also very caring. I wouldn’t have asked for a better stylist to color my hair. I’ve received so many compliments since I’ve got it done! The salon is one of the nicest salons I’ve ever been to, endless selections of snacks and drinks, I highly recommend coming here.

I needed a haircut badly and the last few times I had a haircut at other salons it has been a nightmare. My stylist was Jenn and she is amazing. She knew exactly how to style my hair and the end result was exactly what I wanted. My hair felt soft and shiny. I live in NC and was in Orlando visiting family. I’m going to have to do the 8 hour trek when I need my haircut. Thank you Jenn

The customer service and the salon is top-notch. It just doesn’t look beautiful the stylist and the colorist are amazing in what they do. I had the Master Stylist Marisol that was amazing. This place made me forget about my Paul Mitchell Salon in Manhattan!!!

One of the best salon experiences. Talk about being pampered! They were able to get me a haircut appointment the day of. I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked if I would like a refreshment or snack. Once my stylist came up (I only waited maybe 2 min) she was very nice and listened to exactly what I wanted. Great shampoo with hot towels and massage, bonus! Will be back to see Kayla again!
