Best salon I have been to! All staff are so wonderful and amazing at their profession!! Ella has done my hair many times and I am thankful to have found a salon that makes me leave feeling so confident every time! Her expertise shines above the rest and she is truly able to curate a hair color, and cut tailored to exactly what I was looking for without me knowing how to even fully explain what I wanted. I will continue to go back because I am always so pleased with my hair

Ella truly understands color and hair science and will give you the color of your dreams while maintaining the health of your hair.

Very nice building inside and out. Ella was very sweet and are easy to talk to. She did a very good job with my curly hair and made sure to ask if I liked it, and I wasn't scared to say no. 100% recommend

This place is hands down the best spot for a haircut! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the unique motorcycle themed vibe everything from the décor to the music made the whole experience feel cool and laid-back. The staff is super friendly and professional, and they really take their time to make sure your cut is exactly what you want. Ella paid close attention to detail and even gave me great styling tips. I left with a fresh, clean look that I’ve been getting compliments on left and right from people who have known me for years about how they like this cut the best. If you’re looking for a place with great energy and skilled stylist's who know their craft, this is it. The motorcycle aesthetic just makes it even better. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a sharp cut in a chill, unique environment!

Ella is incredible at what she does! I’ve been going to her for almost a year and the results are amazing every time. What I like about her as a stylist is she will be honest and help guide you when you’re describing what you want. She is a great trainer as well to her new stylist! As someone who has lived in Charlotte for ten years - this is one of the best salons I’ve gone to!

I can’t recommend Ella enough! She does an amazing job with men’s hair—her attention to detail is second to none. On top of that, the vibes in her shop are immaculate—relaxed, welcoming, and just the perfect place to unwind while getting a great haircut. First thing I saw when I walked in was the motorcycle and knew I was in good hands. Ella’s talent and the overall experience she provides truly set her apart!

Been getting haircuts from Ella for almost 3 years now and she is the best! The new space is really cool and the vibes are great as always. Theres also free onsite parking (rare for South End). Come check them out!

Ella was my hair stylist for my bridal trial and wedding hair, in addition to my entire wedding party. Not only did she do a phenomenal job on myself, my bridesmaids and my family, she also dealt with all the chaos with a smile on her face! She nailed everyone’s vision for their hair, and left me absolutely stunned with mine. I loved my trial hair, but holy smokes did she knock it out of the park the day of! I felt so beautiful. I couldn’t recommend her services (bridal or non-bridal) more!

I came to Ella freshly moving to Charlotte, alongside concerns with my hair, which she quickly made a point to make me feel SO comfortable with everything she had in mind. I’m new to Charlotte and still looking for my hair home. After meeting Ella I knew I found it! She asked so many questions about what I was looking for and really tried to help me see the vision. I know I’m not the only one, but Kylie is my ride or die! I’ve been going to her for hair color and cuts since early 2022 and she always does the most phenomenal job. She will always listen to what you want and also give the best advice for any cut or color that suits you. Not to mention she is a master of her craft with extensions. I had her do my extensions and color for my wedding and it looks phenomenal!!! Seamless and bright!

I went to see Kylie to get my hair trimmed and thinned out. She did such an amazing job, as always. She always makes sure what she’s doing is what I like and want for my hair throughout the whole process. I’m so excited she’s in south end now and can’t wait to keep going to see her ! Kylie Moore matched my inspo photos perfectly! She took her time with my hair but was also very efficient! It's blended so perfectly and the exact color blonde I wanted. She was so sweet and easy to talk to and the salon was adorable!!

Salon Eight Ellaven is a great spot. Easy parking right behind the shop. Great location just off S Tryon and a few blocks from Suffolk Punch and Sound End. Ella is a pro and keeps you looking fresh.
