I found Salon Entro on groupon and it has been the best find ever! I've been going to see Aaleayah for over a year and never disappoints! From root touchup, highlights, cut or keratin treatments ,she always does a phenomenal job! She provides great advice, very knowledgeable and you can clearly see she strives for customer satisfaction! I was losing my hair and gave me recommendations which heightened back my self esteem! Highly recommend, she will not disappoint!

I did keratin treatment and it was the worst .. my hair got more damaged and I tried contacting them but no response.. didn’t even bother to respond.. worst experience.. big NO

After three months of quarantine I really needed some help. Aaleahya, gave me a “hair facial.” Literally! I mean my hair was washed then, I got a scrub and a mask put on. Have you ever heard of such a thing?! I don’t remember what she called the service but my hair looks and feels amazing! She’s back!

During the holidays I went to visit family and needed my hair done while I was in town. I was referred to Salon Entro and they fit me in the same week I called. During my appointment the stylist pointed out some hair lose that my extensions were causing and made recommendations on what I should do to help grow my edges back. Months later when all the stay at home orders were issues I got an email from the stylist advertising the company's online beauty supply store. I ordered two bundles of hair and a closure and asked the stylist to hand make a wig for me. It took 5 days for me to receive my order, the quality is better than I thought it would be and my package came with product samples for my edges. I'm impressed and will continue to order from them.

I absolutely love Salon Entro. Ms. Aaleah really takes the time to educate you through the process. She did such a great job on my custom hair color & tapes extensions. I absolutely love them !! I was highly recommend this salon. Customer service is amazing !

I had extensions from another stylist that caused breakage right before I went to college. When I came to North Carolina and to this salon, Aaleahya was the first stylist I went to. She was/is very knowledgeable about what I could do to grow my own hair back out. I have trusted this stylist with my head for over a year now with no regrets. I wear extensions when I want to now, NOT because I have to!

I had the WORST experience with this salon. I had an appointment that was cancelled via text five minutes prior to the appointment after I was already at the salon waiting for someone to let me in the building. After calling the number listed multiple times, I finally spoke with a representative who claimed that I was left a message explaining the cancellation, which was completely untrue. I rescheduled the appointment anyway, for two days later. I arrived thirty minutes early and the same issue happened. No one was in the salon to let me in or even answer the phone with any sort of explanation. I will NOT be going back to this salon, nor would I recommend this establishment to ANYONE. This was a complete and total waste of my time and efforts. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I purchased a Groupon for lash extensions, had an appointment scheduled several weeks in advance and on the day of my appointment I received a text message stating that my appointment was cancelled. When I called to inquire further, I was told by Aaleahya that it must have been a "glitch" in their system but that someone else had already taken my appointment slot. The whole thing just didn't sit right or sound truthful to me. To add insult to injury, it has taken multiple, multiple phone calls and messages to this merchant in order to finally have money refunded through Groupon.

I received a keratin treatment an OMG! The results were amazing, the Stylist Markeya; was very informative an professional an was sure to sanitize which made me very comfortable. Highly recommend this salon, I was a bit nervous as this was my first Keratin treatment, I couldn’t be happier with the results!!

I recently got my curly hair dyed blonde by aaleyah here at salon Entro & my curls are still so healthy. The customer service was Amazing. I always leave my appointments well informed of how to maintain my hair ect. Salon Entro has definitely earned my business forever. I’d highly recommend this salon !!

Do not bother trying to get an appointment here. I have called several times. No one ever answers or calls back. I used the online booking and scheduled an appointment. They texted me a few hours before my appointment that they had to cancel due to an error in their system; did not even bother to give me a call. If they can’t even pick up the phone to call you, I can’t imagine their services being any better.

What can I say, I’m a guy so I don’t know a lot about women’s hair. My daughter insists on getting her hair done by one of the stylist here, who is now over an hour drive away from where we live. At first I told her no and took her to someone closer over the holidays. The other stylist used products that did not work well in my daughter’s hair and her hairstyle did not last. Nonetheless, after looking at our family photos during Christmas parties and different events I felt bad and gave in. We just got done with her hair appointment at Salon Entro. She is happy and I’m now a cool dad again. It was worth the drive. Well Worth it! Thank You for your Professional Service.
